Terrible customer service; the “manager” was unprofessional. I went to get an order and she acted as if she did not want to there or be bother. There were no other workers present at the front counter or in the cooking area. Tomorrow I will be calling corporate to file a complaint on her. Another customer came in to pick up an order and she cancel his order after it was paid for and did not allow him to receive it.

Well I ordered online, didn’t know they use doordash as their service otherwise I would of ordered doordash lol. Anyway the driver couldn’t find my house for 15 mins. It’s literally the first apartment. He finally found us and our food is room temp (it’s cold what the hell) . Not Wingstop’s fault. I placed in the notes knock so I can tip you. I tip in cash. He knocked and I asked him who is it. I live off Peoria I’m not opening that door to anybody who can’t talk. I asked 5 times. Finally I just opened the door grabbed my bag from this rude driver and kept my tip.

I hate to be the person who comes last minute before closing, but I had just gotten off of a 13 hour shift at the hospital and I was craving some wings. I got there at 11:50 and the employees kept looking at me but not taking my order. After it hit 12 they came and talked to me and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes, and they said they couldn’t take my order because they had just closed. I said “I’ve been here for a bit now, are you asking me to just leave?” And she said “well I can’t take your order so-“ so I just said “ok” and left. I get it, it sucks and we all want to go home. But if you are open until a certain time, you are to serve guests until that time. When I’m at the hospital, if I’m off in ten minutes I can’t tell someone to leave and stop dying because I want to go home. thanks for the lack of wings. still hungry btw

I really wanted to go with 4.5 stars due to a few issues here but I can’t so give it is. First off, what an incredible staff, if I was a restauranteur I’d try to hire everyone here, truly great people. The wings and fries are incredible, so good! I do have two issues though, first-the music was incredibly loud, I liked a lot of the songs but wow it was loud and 2) someone needs to scrub the floors, back towards the bathroom it is so slick, somebody will fall and bust their bottom and sure y’all sooner or later, it’s actually dangerous.

I called them, they put me on hold. I waited 10m then drove to the store. There was no line and I was still on hold. I walked up to the counter and they asked me how they could help me. I showed them my phone and said, “yeah you could pick up the hold” and they literally walked away and ignored me. Children.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. At first it seems closed because it is dark inside but they are fully open and ready to serve their customers. The food was fresh.The lobby is closed due to Covid but you can order takeout or to go. Located in a decent area. Food tasted fresh and amazing

Good was food except for fries which tasted a bit on the salt side and were a little too cooked. still had them rather then complaining and got used to the taste after a while.
