Response to the owner:
1) yes, I’ve tried many Brahms bucks locations before, usually in the summer when it’s very busy. I have never waited 30 minutes and only moved up a couple places in line.
2) I don’t need to see how your franchise operates, I have worked plenty of restaurant jobs.
3) Yes, it was a warmer day yesterday and was a Saturday. As the owner, you should have anticipated a more busy day and planned accordingly.
4) maybe chick fil a isn’t the right place to compare you to. In n out has a similar operations style. I have never waited so long in a line at in n out either.
5) Bahama Bucks is a large chain, spanning multiple states. Calling yourself a “small business owner” is misleading, it’s not like you own a small, local business. You own a franchise or two of a large snow cone place.

I don’t understand how they can be so slow at a place where all they do is put syrup on ice. We came here and the line was very long. They were taking 5-10 minutes per car, which is absurd. We ended up leaving because we would have had to wait over 2 hours before even ordering. Only 3 cars got through in 30 minutes. Take some drive thru tips from chick fil an and do WAY better.

Going to the store buying ice and syrup, hand shaving the ice yourself assembling your own snowcone and eating it would be faster than ordering from this place. Not a single employee seems to know what’s happening either close for a week and retrain everybody or hire all new staff. No wonder y’all have a paper asking for 5 star reviews

The snow cones are delicious and look pretty but I went yesterday and waited 30 minutes. Yes there were a lot of people because it was a nice day out but they were so slow. Then I went today and there was one person in the line outside and a few cars in the line. We sat there for 10 minutes and only one car moved. They are extremely slow.

Edit: I understand it can be busy depending on the season but there was only me and 3-4 other cars in line at the time. As someone who has worked in the food industry where we serve even more of a variety (with teens), this is due to a lack of training and efficiency. At the end of the day snow cones shouldn’t take an hour plus to make….
This place used to be good but it’s gone downhill. It’s slower now and they always put less syrup than before. I also just tried the pickle juice for the first time and it tastes like pure chemicals, instead of a nice pickle juice.

Spent almost 15 minutes in drive thru line at :3:30 in the afternoon with 2 cars in front of me.. Don’t bother going here if you actually want fast service. Employees were nice at least.
Follow up to your reply:: You really need to get your facts straight. Nobody in our vehicle yelled at you employee or took any pictures. If you read what was originally written it was noted the employees were nice. There were many cars behind us as well as the two in front. Get your facts before accusing anyone. Recently visited again and I just have to say that I’m so impressed at the professional behavior of the kids that work there. They always get the order right, are incredibly polite to customers and interact with small children in such a friendly and caring way. It’s always a joy to come here. They must be really stringent with who they hire because I haven’t found a location where I’m disappointed in the staff. Just all seemingly well adjusted kids/young adults who have pride in themselves and in their job. Well done.Oh, and there is really no comparison with the quality of the shaved ice and the flavor selections.

i came in 2023 and I completely forgot I was going to leave a review until now. there was a CHILD WORKING and on top of that she was not of age. I could tell she was at most 10. This is very unprofessional , but my snow cone was good. ( I got grape!)

Every time I come here the service is SO SLOW. I’m a teacher at a school nearby so my daughter wants a snocone sometimes on the way home from leaving school. We’ve been here on random weekdays around 3:30/3:45. A few times I’ve been the only car and it’s still taken 15-20min to get 2 snocones with no other customers around. I never get a “sorry for the wait” either. The wait has been insane if there are more cars waiting but I try to give grace and be understanding. Today was my last attempt at giving this place a chance. I pulled up to the drive through at 3:45 with 1 car already at the window and the 2nd car at the speaker waiting. By the time I got to the speaker it was 4:06. I waited at the speaker for 10min. I figured they were making the snocone for the car in front of me (she ordered 1 baby snocone, I heard her order lol) before taking my order because I wasn’t acknowledged through the speaker. Once the car in front of me that was at the window pulled off I waited a minute or 2 before saying “hello”. A girl answered and asked if I could just pull up to the window to place my order. I said sure and pulled up to the window. I then waited another 5 minutes at the window!! No one ever came up to it to take my order. I ended up just driving off. There weren’t any walk ups either so they weren’t busy with that. When its a hot summer day and the lines are crazy its completely understandable to have a long wait. However, I’ve gone multiple times during the cold weather we’ve been having for my daughter when no one else is around and still having to wait and still have been understanding. Today was ridiculous though. Just wanted to give a heads up to the owner of this consistent service since it says on the window to do so.
