Smooth service and quick drive through make this Jack in the box restaurant one of my favorites. The food is always hot and fresh and I’m never missing an item after pulling away from the curb. This Jack in the Box is always well staffed and the customer service is superior. I also have eaten indoors and the tables are clean and more importantly the restrooms are clean and well stocked. Give this Jack in the Box a try and see for yourself!

I called them and they told me they’re closed, what’s going on? I spoke to them and they told me that at 4am they close and I was waiting there since 3:30 am a woman answered me, I don’t know if the owner of the place knows what his employees are doing. I ordered food but forgot to order a drink. When I got to the window I asked if I could add a drink & was told no. I couldn’t because there was a line… what? Refused to sell me a drink. That makes 0 sense. Train your staff better

We just went there and as soon as we pulled up the person with the headset said “we’re on break” we asked “so you can’t take our order?” They said “it’s a half an hour break” we asked “all of you?” They said yes and told us to come back in half an hour?! We just went to a different location but thought it should be known they asked us to leave…
Updated: we’ve gotten the each of the tpain meals and neither came with the air freshener with no comments. Tonight was when we asked about them and they told us they ran out. I was surprised to open my box and not even have my cookie in it. That was kinda rude to change the food in the meal and not tell me and charge me the same price for it.

I work graveyard and everytime I order milkshake to go with my food they don’t have it. I believe that they clean the machine and don’t want to clean it again.. if you are open 24hrs and item is on the menu, then outside of an occasional breakdown the order should be fulfilled.
