Upon arrival, I witnessed many of the chairs pushed away from the tables. I also noticed some debris on the floor and on some tables as well as a lot of debris on the floor behind the counter.
This would have been my third time in the last 4 to 5 months of visiting this store. Tonight, they were out of whipped cream. The two previous times they were out of bananas.
The owner and manager need to get a grip on this store! The customer service was nearly non-existent all times I’ve been there.

They closed down the lobby before closing hours and said you had to use drive thru. Lobby hours are till 9pm and it was more then 15 minutes before 9pm. Locking the door with other customers still inside. They really need to work on there customers service the woman that locked door as we were walking up to it was rude about it she could have been more polite. If you want good customer service this is not the location to go to.

The worst service I have ever experienced. We order to pick up at 6. Got there 2 mins early and the food wasn’t ready until 6:15.
We tried over and over to get someone attention but no one would even come.
They finally brought it over and they dropped it on the ground.

The new owner is AMAZING. They have a wonderful staff with incredible customer service! We dine here once a week and always leave with a smile! We order all of our celebration cakes from this location. They are beautiful and taste as good as they look!

Just went to take my 2 little girls for ice cream for the 1st time, we get out of the car at 5pm est and one of the workers walks up toward the door then right past it as we were walking up…. I pull the door on the right then on the left then just for laughs I pushed the doors… And they were locked. No signs or anything I took pictures for proof. This is not what I expect from the DQ brand. I am disappointed and aggravated.

This was the most interesting drive through experience I have ever had. The guys were cracking jokes the entire time and made the experience fun. All we got was a blizzard which was fine, so I can’t really vouch for the food.
