This was the WORST $22 I ever spent!! I stopped at this KFC in High Point on my way to visit my grandkids. The chicken was horrible (8 piece original) and the apple poppers (4) were cold.
I pulled over at the gas station near the KFC and did a Google search on the poppers. I couldn’t believe how cold it was so I had to Google to see if it was supposed to be cold. I thought I was tripping. There was a tiktok video of a girl doing a review of the poppers and mines were NOTHING like hers and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting in the grease.
I will not be returning to this KFC again. Horrible.

Was so excited KFC brought the breaded wings back! So had my bf pick some up. They are not the same They are so small cheap chicken not good and to top it off they were overcooked like really $26 for some breaded bones?! This world has turned to absolute shit! Had to wait 40 min just to get my meal. After I got home I realized I had got an undercooked piece of chicken! There was blood running out of it! I called and Brittany said she apologized, that the guy must have took the chicken out too early! Unacceptable! She said she would write my name down and replace my meal. I came back the next day and a different lady said my name wasnt wrote down and she could not help me. There was NOTHING she could do. I called corporate. And when I went back the day after the lady was very rude and didnt want me to come back. She was mad because she got in trouble! The workers are disrespectful. I will NEVER go back!

This case has definitely went downhill over the years. The food is not so good. The mashed potatoes always have some weird plastic piece in it. The recipe for the fried chicken is definitely not the same anymore. The service is usually not so good because the workers clearly don’t want to work there or be there and are there to just get a check and go home.

The assistant manager has a really bad demeanor. As she is explaining to me that the use of a coupon changes every week and that I was not able to use the coupon to get what I wanted that I was able to get last week with the manager.Her demeanor and facial expressions along with her tone was very unprofessional and she might need some more training with dealing with customers. If you’re gonna send out the coupons, then they should be allowed to be used the same way whenever you come into the restaurant not one week this and one week something else I will not be returning!!!!

Ordered dark meat feast – got white meat. The breading on the chicken was saturated and falling off as well as the greasiness saturated the box and destroyed it upon picking it up.
