We had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and ordering was quick and easy. All of our drinks were made correctly and tasted great. I feel like the wait for drinks was very standard, maybe 5 minutes which isn’t bad at all.

The store was clean and well maintained, including the interior seating area. The bathrooms were also clean, and access is limited to customers only with a code, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stop.

I like the convenience of the drive thru, however sometimes you’ll be waiting there for 15+ mins. I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but the last few visits of mine haven’t been that great. I’ve been charged for other customer orders, given the incorrect drinks, and having my drinks made wrong. Also to not forget, they’re always out of certain ingredients. I’m not the type of person to hold up the drive thru for a remake, I’ll just take my L and leave. Definitely not tipping and will be visiting another location.

This store sucks! Always takes 30 mins or more to get your drink, they never get it right, they really suck period! Clearly they don’t understand plain English either. And too bad if you decide not to order in the drive thru cause you’ll be stuck for 30 mins until you get through the line cause you’ll can’t get out. Always a horrible experience

Our total time of entering the drive through line was 41 minutes. The line started at the actual drive though so it wasn’t an excessive line. Had we been able to get out of line I 100% would have! When we got to the window, the staff didn’t smile or have any interaction other than telling me my total with a blank miserable looking face. The drinks weren’t even made right and were not that good. I will be driving 10 extra minutes to go to the one in Wilson on hwy 95 to avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with white mocha, brown cookie crumble, strawberry drizzle throughout, and whipped cream. The drink was made incorrectly—no strawberry throughout the cup and the wrong cookie topping. When I pointed this out, the barista became defensive instead of simply remaking the drink.

Rather than following Starbucks policy and making a fresh one, she poured the incorrect drink into new cups, reused the old whipped cream, and added missing drizzle afterward. I also observed liquid splashing from her hands into the cups during this process. When I questioned it, she insisted there was “nothing wrong” with the old drinks.

Once she noticed I was recording, her behavior escalated and she threatened to call the police. A manager later dismissed it as a “miscommunication,” but this went beyond that. This was a sanitation issue, poor customer service, and an inappropriate response to accountability.

Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country and I’ve never had an issue except like this one. 20+ minute drive through line. 30 minute wait for order ahead. They need to throw everything away and start from scratch at this location.

This is the worst Starbucks in my opinion. Food and drinks are great, but expect to wait 2-3x longer than any Starbucks experiences ever. Same with the one in Wilson.

I just had the most amazing drive thru experience that I have ever had at the Starbucks!! I had 3 different people helping me while ordering so that I could get the best tasting fall chai latte!! And let me tell your they did not disappoint!! 100% recommend this Starbucks!! Amazing staff!!

Ordered a peppermint white chocolate creme frap twice in a row specifically not the dark mocha and both times gave me a dark peppermint mocha 🙁
