Nice restaurant, the hamburgers are great! I asked for the “Diablo” it is very spicy, but delicious and tasty.
The restaurant is very clean and neat, they have excellent customer service.
It was cold the evening that I visited, and they had the air conditioning running, the food gets cold because of that, so I had to eat really fast
That’s why I am giving four stars on the atmosphere field. But other than that it was a very good experience.

If I could give this place less stars I would. Ordered 2 famous stars with cheese combos and both burgers had mild on the bread. Yes MOLD! The fires were stale, which is typical for a lot of places but the moldy bread was disgusting. I called the restaurant to let them know and they were defensively saying that I had to be wrong because they “check” all their bread daily. I’m sitting here LOOKING at the mold on my burger. The woman on the phone then said ok and hung up. Super rude. Seriously so unsanitary and downright a health hazard.

Every time I come to this place always a problem. Employee are so careless. They only let me know that they run out of the sauce for my order only when I paid for the food and after making me to wait for it they are giving me the food. My desire now it to throw the food away because without the sauce it is nothing. Never coming back to this place. Seems like they are slow on business. And now we know why. They don’t care about their clients. Poor management. Unprofessional

Waited at the window to pick up my one chicken sandwich only for it to take nearly 20 minutes to get done, while the lady servicing the pickup window was laughing with another lady inside the kitchen. Lady finally hands me my food with no customer service skills. Also, fix your parking area there’s potholes everywhere.

Came here a few weeks ago and ordered a “hand breaded” chicken sandwich. I’m not sure what type of chicken they were using but there was almost no chicken it was mainly breading. Not only that but it was almost $17 for a medium combo meal?? $17?!! I get fast food isn’t cheap anymore but for a sandwich, drink and Jalapeño poppers(lackluster weren’t even hot) it shouldn’t be that pricy.

All Carl’s taste about the same; great. This one is special due to the friendly customer service, and dedication to getting your order right. We ate inside, and they brought the tray to us. A nice gesture, you never really expect it so it stood out. I give it 4 instead of 5, just due to the minimalism of the restaurant.
