I wanted to grab some wings before a Packers game, so I ordered 20 boneless wings. Somehow, I got zero boneless wings. Instead, when I got home from picking the wings up and opened the box, it appeared I had received several chicken strips cut up and deep fried to look like boneless wings. They didn’t even try to hide it—you can see the chicken inside the cut-up clumps, showing how they must’ve chopped the strips up and then tossed them in the deep frier. Absolutely absurd and if I had checked before I got home, I would’ve gone back in and asked for my money back if they didn’t actually have any boneless wings in the kitchen. I’ve never seen this happen before at a BWW location.

The whole crew on the shift lacked a sense of urgency [managers/leads] included. I placed an order for 15 bone in wings with 2 different sauces & regular fries. The order was placed at 3:26pm for a pick up time of 3:50pm. I waited patiently until I received my small order at 4:20pm. That’s unsatisfactory seeing how it’s a to go establishment. There are no drive-thru orders, there are no guests to wait on like a traditional BWW. There was plenty of staff on hand. I saw kitchen staff in the lobby with their line aprons on, and getting drinks from the soda fountain. I saw staff on their phone in the kitchen area which is gross knowing how dirty phones are. The shift wasn’t busy there were only about five orders ahead of my order. I’m okay with waiting if I have an appetizer & beer, but this is a to go establishment! Why did I wait that long for 15 wings? Anyway, I come from a restaurant & bar background so I ultimately don’t think the staff is bad or mentally inept. I believe that lack of urgency comes from the top down starting with the corporate training staff, regional manager, district manager, general manager, and shift managers. Y’all have to do better than this you’re a corporate restaurant with SOPs so your shifts can be streamlined for anyone to succeed on any shift busy or not. To make it worse I received some part of the chicken that was not a flat or drum [photo provided] that’s called attention to detail. Which that shift also lacked. I visited this location on Sunday 01/07/24. This lack of training needs to be remedied in a hurry. I need to be reimbursed or compensated. I’d like to be blown away with better service and improved wait time the next time I visit this location to improve this 1 star rating. Thank you.

These guys scammed me of my money. Placed an online order in late November for $50 to see this and they’ve been closed for months and still take orders and money from people. They never gave me my money back and never reached out after I contacted them over 10 times. Avoid at all costs because they will STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

Ordered 20 wings and a fries through the app tonight. When I came by about 10 minutes later, my order was already ready, even though the board showed a lot of orders were in progress.
I didn’t stay long, but the pickup area looked clean. The wings were hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and not greasy. Everything tasted great! Staff was friendly when I picked up the food, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
I know this spot doesn’t always get the best reviews, but my experience tonight was very positive and I’d order again.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
Apparently Buffalo Wild Wings has become a do-it-yourself wings place. I ordered wings through the app which said they would be ready at 8:30. It took them an additional 30 min to even give me my wings at 9:00. When I opened the bag to check my order, none of the wings had sauce on them. When I brought this up to the staff, they replied with “that’s how they come through the app”. I’ve ordered through the app every time and not once have they come like this. (Not to mention the tiny amount of sauce I got for 12 Parmesan Garlic wings.) If I wanted chicken nuggets and sauce I’d have gone to the grocery store. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings.

I ordered bogo 15 piece boneless wings and got 21 in each box. I’m always gonna rate 5 stars when I get free food. Went in on a busy Thursday night for the BOGO boneless wings. They were done in a reasonable amount of time 15-20 min

Since they changed their management they have been on point, they have super fresh wings now with a lot of chicken on that bone! The fries are well seasoned, wings well sauced, and they have great service. They sure have changed the way they worked. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Worst BW3 in Wisconsin. There’s a reason they have such a low rating. I spoke to the manager because an order was placed by mistake. The manager refused to refund me and told me to contact corporate. After I reached out, corporate contacted the store—but they still refused to issue a refund, even though I never received the food. Corporate ultimately advised me to file a credit card dispute, since the store wouldn’t cooperate with them either. On top of that, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Just read the other reviews. If you can, go to a different BW3.
