First time diners here, wonderful friendly greetings as we walked in.
We explained we were first timers this evening and David took alot of time explaining items to start with, super engaged with us and we were treated wonderfully.
Started with the Chorizo Queso, fantastic!
Dinner was excellent, I had the Queso Birria, omg tender and tasty. My date had Fajitas which also were good.
We did notice that the foods came across as slightly heavy handed with salt, and we did share with David who thanked us for the feedback. How pleasant to be heard versus dismissed. Extra points Gryffindor!
Seriously, we will be back. The menu had many traditional offerings and we will be back to try them.
Definitely a great place to spend a few hours enjoying more traditional Mexican foods versus the more “Americanized” that many of us have gotten used to.
Thanks for a nice evening and educational conversation, we shall return.

Food is Delicious and Well priced! Staff and Owners are wonderful. Everytime I get togo it comes with chips and salsa. The salsa is my favorite from here! I get the 1.99$ chicken tacos on Thursdays, they sell them Tuesday too! I’ve had the Quesa Birria and a Birria Pizza! Both fantastic choices but I like the pizza more. They have specials on their margaritas on tuesdays and thursdays as well!
My first visit I called ahead to make sure I could bring my Licensed ESA. They allowed it and I’m very thankful for that!

This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant!!! Been to many of them in Jackson, and this one blows the others out of the water. Amazing chimichangas, salsa, queso, guacamole. The rice and beans had so much flavor, the best I’ve ever had. Wait staff and owner, David, was friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!! If not, next week!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Had it delivered. It is delicious! Got a beans and cheese with chips, gordita, horchata, and an order of egg rolls. The gordita meat seems unseasoned, but is good with the provided sauces. Ingredients are fresh. Will return.

Clean environment, friendly staff, fun music playing and the food was great! I was greeted with free chips and salsa. The water was ice cold. I ordered four chicken tacos. They were delicious! I was allied if I liked hot sauce and was presented with the different choices, all made in house. I tried each one and none of them disappointed. I will certainly be back! Great experience.

Great authentic food. We had the Mexican (street) tacos and the Chile Colorado today. Most of their dishes are not too spicy hot but the Colorado is on the spicy side. I was looking for that today so it was perfect. Good beer too.
