Ordered via the app and picked up our food tonight. Got home and figured out we were shorted our fries. So call the Pollo Campero number and talked to the customer service and the mistake was handled with a coupon for a future visit. Satisfied with the outcome. Their roast chicken rocks!❤️❤️❤️

Love the fresh and hot food they serve. I always get the 6 pc meal with half fried chicken and half roasted chicken I like both the seasoning for the roasted chicken is amazing. Like their fries, the meal comes with sides of bread and or beans. Let me be honest I like mexican beans but I like Gringo’s beans more than Campero’s beans. They also have coleslaw love their mango peach nectar. Haven’t dine in yet but the food is very clean and restaurant inside is also clean. Very friendly staff. I never eat fast food but at Pollo Campero I will always feel comfortable to order from them when I don’t have time to cook.

I hadn’t been to this Copperfield location for a long time due to the poor customer service. Today, July 4th, around 3:30 p.m. I returned with my family, and the service was worse. The restaurant was empty. They took forever, they didn’t have grilled chicken, they didn’t have a chicken sandwich, etc. My order was around $60, but it wasn’t enough to serve me normal dishes. They brought me little kids plates. Too small.

I placed an online order. It was given away to someone else so they had to remake it 25 minutes later and a lot of other orders out the door they handed me my bag. Over half of the food was missing. The cashier was great getting it fixed but it should not have taken me almost 45 minutes to get my order.

Good chicken, I usually get the grilled, which is seasoned with their own herbs and spices. There is a fried chicken variety that is good as well. On this day I got the Campero beans and coleslaw sides. Prices are good and fair for the amount of food. I like their mango drink. Staff is friendly and attentive.
