The service that me and my family member received from the staff last night was a pressure and a delightful. I hadn’t been in this establishment in years. The food was great last nite I was hungry more than I thought. Cleanliness was a B+. I recommend will be back.

Last time I came here the rice was horrible and idk what they did to it but it was clumpy and tasted nasty i had to throw my whole bowl away. Decided to come back and give it another chance tonight and when i walked in everyone behind the counter just looked at me for a few seconds and went back to what they were doing. Packaging to-go orders is necessary and great but I was the only one stood in line right in front of dude for a min and I couldn’t even get a “I’ll be right with you.” I was still going to wait but saw the amount of tickets they had lined up and assumed that’s first priority so I just turned around and walked out. As a server at a much higher paced job i totally understand having to wait and making people wait but after my bad experience last time and not getting a single greeting or estimation of when they could get to me this time, I just didn’t feel like taking the risk again. 2 stars because I love Moes as a chain, but I’m soooo disappointed in this location. I drove out the way for it too so it just sucks )-: pls do better

I stopped by Moe’s on Abercorn Street in Savannah earlier this week and had a great experience. I ordered a burrito bowl, and it was made fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The food was delicious, the team was very friendly, and the manager was especially welcoming. Excellent service and great food—I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Moes today all thanks to Gregory. I took my three youngest kids out and was having a rough day and he really made my experience wonderful. I hope he gets the much deserved praise at work because you just don’t find employees like that very often. I will be back because of him and how patient he was with my children.

We love Moe’s & we were so sad to see how horribly this one is being ran. Absolutely disgusting. Almost every table was empty but every single table was really dirty with smudges & never wiped. The food bar area when they took our order was dirty and food mixed up in the wrong containers. The bathroom was disgusting and I had to jump over a puddle of whatever this was just to enter the bathroom. The toilet and sink were also disgusting.

Salsa has no flavor, only taste like lime. Rice is crunchy and undercooked and currently contaminating my whole burrito. Please don’t waste your time going here. This is worse than Taco Bell, which is basically dog food.
