The Sonic on FM700 sux. Went to Sonic on my lunch hour, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. That should have been our first sign I don’t know why they came out instead of using the order monitor. Anyway, ordered the $6 deal and one plain hamburger.. people coming and going with their food so, Had to call them to ask about order. We had already paid for the meal or we would have just left. Needless to say, we never got our food so had to push the button again and said just to give me a refund. And that’s why I will not be going to Sonic again. We always have some type of issue. Kept giving the benefit of doubt but no more.. ugh

First time I had to pay before receiving my food since I was paying cash. Took almost 45 minutes to bring my order out. Food was cold and milk shake was melted. Absolutely horrible customer service probably the worst visit to a Sonic I have ever had needs better management.

Very upset with yall. I ordered and paid for a kids meal with a burger (along with some other things.) and you refused to give me my kids burger. “We don’t have the kids burger” I DONT CARE!! I genuinely prefer this Sonic over the one on Gregg. 90% of the time the food comes out fresh off the grill. The car hops are pretty awesome as well. Y’all keep up the good work!

Took 5 minutes to even answer the call button, then we waited another 15 mins despite it being a mobile order that we were already 10 mins late arriving to. I requested light ice for all drinks, yet they were FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH ICE. NOT EVEN A CUP OF LIQUID MEASURED IN A MEDIUM THERE WAS SO MUCH ICE. Now whoever made this burger needs to leave this train wreck and pursue a career at a better store

These guys did a great job I went right after the roads started clearing from all the ice and snow they where quick polite and accommodating highly recommend this sonic if you go to the one on gregg your prb gonna have a bad day don’t go there go here

My biggest complaint is ordering ahead through the mobile app to be ready for pick up & still end up having to wait another 10 mins for food that looks not only thrown together, but is lukewarm on the brink of cold. It’s like my order was waiting to be delivered in that extra 10 mins. This happens practically every time that the stall shows order is on its way, but still end up waiting longer for the carhop to actually deliver.

Pulled into Sonic for a bag of ice and a small slushy. It was all good until my wife took her 1st sip after we left. Slushy was more like a Luke warm blue coconut, nothing slushy about it, flavorless and tasted like tap water…on the other hand, the young blonde headed boy that delivered it to us was such a nice guy, I gave him a $3 tip…not his fault…poor management here, I wont be back
