On January 15, 2026 at approximately 7:23 PM, I visited the Wendy’s location on Williamson Road. I placed an order for two Biggie Bites deals and a 4-piece nugget through the drive-thru and was charged 50 cents for sauces, despite the fact that nuggets typically include sauce. When I asked about the charge, the manager informed me that I was required to pay for them.

After reviewing my receipt, I realized that ordering a Biggie Bag would have been less expensive, so I went inside to request that my order be changed. I also again asked for clarification regarding the sauce charge. The manager stated that she “doesn’t make the rules” and did not provide any further explanation. She also appeared unwilling or unable to assist with modifying my order.

While the drive-thru staff were polite and helpful, the manager did not make any effort to resolve the situation or provide customer-focused service. I work in the restaurant industry, and this experience did not meet reasonable expectations for customer service or professionalism.

Due to this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

One of their workers, mario, was so helpful. He was overly kind and kept a smile on his face the entire time. He ensured that my food was fresh while maintaining great service. Definitely will be coming back as long as mario is there.

Ordered the Dave’s single hamburger combo. Was ok but would have been better if the burger was hot instead of lukewarm. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about it and didn’t feel like complaining.

I dont know what they’re doing at this location but twice now I have received COLD food, fries have clearly been cooked at least twice and my burger patty was so overcooked like it had been microwaved and for too long. wtaf.

So I ordered food from this place they messed it up so I call and speak with someone they respond with they can’t replace the order!!! I wouldn’t recommend this sorry of a excuse of a restaurant to anyone this is the second or third time it’s happened and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but no longer will I waste my hard earned money on a restaurant that can’t seem to service the public like it should I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Went to drive thru was asked to wait a second. We received no further help. A line formed behind us where eventually all but one person just left. The resturants was empty inside and as we passed the window leaving the restaurant the worker was just stood not doing anything.

After waiting in line for about 10 mins while the person with very little English speaking capabilites tried to communicate with the elderly people at the counter, the manager, im assuming changed places with her and put her in the drive through during this wait one guy brought back his burger because they made it wrong and 2 drinks from other people were made wrong. As we notice burger King across the street we decided to just walk over there. So yeah, go to the burger King across the street. Speedy service and good quality made Food.

Oder was done at the drive through. Two frosty’s were ordered, when I got to the window to pay I ask for a bag to put them in the cashier said I didn’t need one so I ask two more times “a bag please” the cashier got a bad attitude and was seriously mad and slam the window. Couldn’t understand why she got so upset because I ask for a bag. Not the first time I’ve gotten bad customer service from this particular person.
