As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I waited over ten minutes in the drive through the associate Pretty much throws my food out. The window holds his hand out for my debit card. I asked for napkins and extra ketchup. He gives me 2 packs. You know, I even offered to pay for extra ketchup. And he told me no, that he couldn’t do it, because their food cost was too high. Get it together rallies. That’s poor management and customer service.

Management needs to get this store in check! Went and got 2 burgers and 2 fries, the woman at the drive through didn’t speak one word. Just held her hand out the window! She was so rude and basically threw our food at us, that’s how it felt! a simple thank you or have a good day, goes a long way! I will not go to that location again, which is sad bc the food was good.

can I just give advice to the ownership? Rally’s is really really tasty, better than the others… But its only as good as the employees make it. Seriously need some kind of change in management or hiring. maybe increase the pay.. because happy employees make quality food and give quality service. which leads to repeat costumers I would be there way more if it were faster and efficient.. have some standards … don’t become trashy..

So using A.I. to take orders now, it was decent but needs to recite the order back when done ordering. Also longer pause after people order maybe another 10-15 seconds. Just trying to help since this is way we going now #rally’s

I placed my order and pulled up to the window, there were no cars in front of me. I sat at the window for a good 10 mins and then sat there longer trying to get their attention because they didn’t give me my card back. I got down the street and and after distributing everyone’s food, found I didn’t get my large fry or any straws. I went back, waited at the walk up window where I was treated like I was trying to get a free fry. No apologies for wasting my time and on top of that, he only gave me a medium fry when I paid for a large. I love Rallys food but it’s not worth the aggrivation.

The good is gross. You have to talk to a robot to order and the staff that is there isnt any friendlier. My burger was beige looked like it had been setting in water and my daughters chicken sandwich wasn’t eatable either. They was literally handing it out the window as we pulled up. That tells me its all setting there pre-made. The place isn’t busy enough for all that. That was a wasted $20 for garbage

They usually have maybe 2 or 3 workers but they get orders out fast and always fresh food they never cook bunch of food then let it sit. They make food to order and they always nice and patient with coupons. I live this resturant

So I don’t go to Rally often only when I crave the fries and today was one of those days and unfortunately the one that is close to me is not the best. I talk to a robot to make my order and that Is fine but what is not okay is the employees acting like they hate their jobs. I had to heat up food and my two root beer’s were so flat, I called the store and the employee tell me yes it was flat wait what but you still gave me the root beer that was not even filled all the way. He then said he didn’t know at the time so he will give me a credit for them. This store needs some serious training on how the employees should be to the customers.

Uber order time was between 6 PM and 7 PM today (12/10/2025). The first time I went up, they said, “Okay, close the window.” Ten minutes later, another lady came up. I told her it was an Uber order, and she said, “Okay, 10 minutes.” Meanwhile, another customer finished their food while I was freezing outside.

I gave them one more chance. Another boy came up and said, “Okay,” the same thing. I waited a total of 30 minutes. I’ve never had worse service.

I normally do not write reviews but I felt this was important to share. I’ve been off and on eating rallys for many many years since I live very close to the store. I was shocked to see how understaffed they were as they only had one employee working the whole store.

Last night the Mrs and I ordered a couple burgers and for the FIRST TIME IN YEARS the robot actually got our order right, but we both ended up with food poisoning after eating here last night.
