Editing my former 2 star review about inconsistencies as I decided to go back and give them more chances.
Since my first review things have gotten much better. My smoothie bowls are absolutely more consistent and when you add for extra items they’re not removing things to add those extra items in and then still charging you for the extra items just to keep the bowl at a certain level. The customer service and Friendly Smiles that I’m greeted with in the mornings are fabulous. And the bowls are great in the morning for breakfast and truly last me throughout the day. My favorite is the PB Swizzle with extra granola and an added drizzle of hazelnut.

Noel and I love going to Smoothie King so when we found this location near Ruby Memorial Hospital, we were extremely happy. Noel ordered a very sweet to me Strawberry with pineapple flavoring smoothie and I went with a strawberry smoothie with added Kale and Probiotics they both were about $1.20 extra each.
Both of us got a small 20oz sized drink. We used the reward program and she also had a $2 off coupon. Our total was less than $13. I can’t wait to go back again.
The place was very clean and the 2 ladies working were very friendly.

I was getting smoothies here for a long time and they were always good. Then it all changed. I saw them pumping lots of clear liquid into the smoothie, they’ve done that twice now, and the Daily Warrior smoothie doesn’t give me as much energy anymore and tastes watery. It melts fast now too.

One of our smoothies was very good and the other was completely missing ingredients. The 3 teens/young people that were working were very rude. They didn’t answer the drive through and were laughing about it when we came in. The brown haired girl with glasses on register didn’t know how to punch in menu items either. The other girl also with brown hair and glasses was sitting with her feet up on the table and being very rude. The young boy working was trying to do well and had a question about the smoothie ingredients and the rude girl just told him to substitute whatever for something they didn’t have without even asking us. Honestly a really unbelievably bad experience. I will be calling the manager tomorrow just to ask about this.
