Unfortunately this is the last time I’ll be going to this location. They charge more for using a credit card, but you can’t know the price until after the transaction has taken place. Then the cashier decided to apply her own tip instead of me selecting it. I probably would have selected it as well. But in the end my $9 burrito ended up costing $14.
I think I’ll get better value somewhere else and it will be less shady.

The food is pretty good, their burrito’s are excellent. I have ordered for pickup from them around 4 different times now and each time something is either missing or wrong with the order. Not too big of an issue, if you call them they will make it right. But still, kind of disappointing to keep getting stuff messed up with the orders consistently.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Ordered a steak torta, chicken sope and 2 pastor tacos. Everything was delicious! Staff was very friendly and the place was super clean. I will definitely be back.

Really dexent Mexican spot in Wauconda just outside of the downtown area. Wasn’t sure what it was going to be like because of the locale next to a liquor store, but they served up some decent food. The breakfast burrito was great! But steer clear of the tamales. They’re small and don’t have a lot of meat.

I found out this new place just opened in town, so my partner and I stopped by to have dinner here in the evening around 8pm. They were mildly busy, but took our orders pretty quick at the register. My partner ordered the quesadilla dinner and pop, and I had the queen size burrito dinner and horchata. They gave us a table number card, we picked up some hot sauce bottles from the cooler beverage fridge on our way to our table, the dining area was gorgeous looking and clean, and we sat at a booth table. Our food came to us within 10 minutes or so, I realized they only gave me the queen burrito only, so I let the server know that they forgot the rice and beans that come with the dinner and horchata. The server promptly came back with the sides and drink within 5 minutes or so, and all was set! My partner enjoyed his quesadilla dinner very much and I enjoyed my my steak burrito dinner as well, and the horchata was great! I even forgot to take photos of the food because I was so hungry, but I did get a photo of the beautiful dining area. Delicious food and great prices! I would definitely eat here again, I’m very impressed so far!
