Last time I visited shop was about 10+ years ago gave it a chance and still got dissatisfied and disappointed for the low quality of food, we went there because of the unlimited pancakes but I still didn’t like their food, the pancake syrup was tasteless and the pancakes I got weren’t cooked throughly and only 3 small strawberries smh . Their coffee was really good though, beter than flappy Jack’s or the packing house but the food gets 3/10. The server was super nice but again the food quality wasn’t what I was promised by the server.

Went here on the whim tonight and we were 1 of 2 tables that were sat. It’s sad to see how empty this restaurant is in the evenings but I guess when you are known for breakfast food, it is understandable.
I didn’t know kids eat free in the evenings here so that was an added bonus at dinner tonight. I tried the mozzarella sticks and honestly…it was GOOD. Lol. I wasn’t expecting it to be so I was a happy camper.
The pancakes were delicious. I had the “happy hour burger” and that was good..the patty was slightly small but overall still good. We also ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken looked overcooked but was actually still moist and the kids had happy face pancake meals – which was a decent size.
Our server, Edmundo, was really nice and did great job. He was attentive and friendly and got our order perfect!

This morning, I took my two young children to IHOP for breakfast. They were very excited to go. Our waitress, Exxx, started off great. She took our order quickly and brought our food out in a timely fashion. However, when it came time to addressing charges on the bill, Emma was nowhere to be found.
To our surprise, we found an extra charge of $14.99 on the bill, which left a sour taste in my mouth. We asked for her to come out and discuss the charge, but she never did. It felt like she was intentionally trying to charge us, hoping we wouldn’t notice.
While the initial service was good, this experience really affected our overall impression. We hope management can address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.

Kid #2 & I went here. After all the other blah meals even at other national chains we’ve been having in the area, this one was a nice surprise at how tasty it was. It really hit the spot. And the waitress was polite, friendly & quick.

The food was COLD, it took a long time 40 minutes from the time we ordered til we got it ..
They forgot sides, brought them out one by one. I asked no butter on pancakes they put it then scraped it off. The pic we are missing a burger and fry..

The service was very bad, slow and the food was terrible. I ordered a beef omelet with extra mushrooms and the meat tasted bad and there weren’t extra mushrooms. The utensils were dirty, I had to change them, and my toast had fingerprints on it. That’s was today,

I had given 5 star review in the past for this restaurant, but changes made have not been for the better. We can only blame the sour economy and poor administration. The waiter said they would not be serving certain breads any longer, and their grave is watered down now to save on cost. The French toast was cold and rubbery as well. Again, I blame their corporation, and this sorry Administration ruining not only our country but the hard-working American’s restaurant experience.
