Incredibly slow service for nobody being there but one other person. They made me wait until the person behind me in the drive-through‘s food was ready and they brought both of ours out at the same time letting mine get cold. If you are reading this review, don’t bother coming to this Wendy’s unless you want cold food or a long wait for no reason

UPDATE:One week later I stop by and Jose the night manager, refund me my money.
The manager/supervisor seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, only 4 cars in line and he make us parked on the side. 10 min to wait for an order? The other employees seems sad and upset. I could tell very bad magnament…no coming back. I canceled my order.

Really bad when you have English speaking employees who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE AN ORDER YOUR STORE IN DICKINSON, TEXAS OFF OF FIVE SEVENTEEN REALLY SUCKS.THEY BURNT ME FOR MY MONEY.THEY BURNT ME ON THE ORDER THAT I MADE.AND I WAS QUITE POLITE WHEN I MADE THE ORDER.IT TOOK THE GUY THREE TIMES TO GET THE ORDER CORRECTLY.AND I DID IT PATIENTLY, I JUST GOT OFF AN AIRPLANE.I WANTED MY FOOD, AND I WANTED TO GO HOME.SO I COME HOME AND I DO NOT FIND MY FOOD.THE WAY I ORDERED IT ALONG WITH FRENCH FRIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING UNDERNEATH THE HEAT LAMP FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG AND THIS WAS AT EIGHT THIRTY.AT NIGHT SO WASN’T LATE

I ordered sausage egg & cheese combo and I got egg and cheese biscuit! Waited for them to fix it correctly and still got it wrong! Tried calling no answer 5 times and mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message! No one is perfect but this is like the 4th time my order is messed up! Please do better! I like Wendy’s. After paying at the window I was asked to pull off to the side and wait even though there was no one behind me which was weird but whatever. I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits get home and every single one of them was bacon egg and cheese. I threw them away and will not be going back.
