Went here for about a 12:15 lunch rush. The place is very clean, has quite a few places to sit, and the staff are nice. My food today was decent, fairly fresh and hot. It was pretty bland all around.

3rd time it’s taken 30 minutes plus to pick up an online order,cold food,dirty restaurant and pass poor attitude. I order online from my work to pick up for break but every time I’ve ordered pickup I’ve been late getting back.dont go here if you’re trying to grab something on a time crunch.they had 5 doordash orders on the counter that they were more interested in than taking care of the people in line.

Went there on the 12th usually the food here is okay but this time my food were cold the only thing hot was fires had mozzarella sticks with no sauce okay fine that night I felt my face and what I felt was dryness okay maybe it’s bc it’s so cold outside lately next morning I wake up to redness on my face like an allergic reaction I am allergic to mold and a few other things and we don’t have none of the things I’m allergic to in my home bc it can kill me it’s now the 18th and my allergic reaction still has yet to go away if anything it’s gonna bigger and spreading more nothing at home is working that I might be going to the hospital trm even if I wasn’t allergic to mold that is still not safe nor healthy to be feeding ur community these things I didn’t think I had to be cautious about what I ate snice this is a fast food restaurant and I thought all the workers would make sure everything was safe this could end of in a lawsuit or worst harming someone I know that it came from here bc that was the only thing I ate that day, I do have a low tolerance to soy but if it was that it wouldn’t be on my face it pops up on my arms and knees and it would of gone away with taking Benadryl and not last 5/6 days and this allergic reaction is one my face yes ON MY FACE. on my cheeks to my chin and as of today it is spreading to under my eyes and almost covering my whole cheek area and also the staff there seem to hate their whole life and seem miserable I don’t want to embarrass or be a Karen but at the end of the day this could of harmed me and made me lose my life that’s not a good look for the workers and burger kings name so if u are looking for something good and quick this is definitely NOT the place for u save ur money and go somewhere else.

This has been the most disappointing Burger King location I’ve ever visited. The staff consistently appear unhappy, rarely smile, and show little to no regard for customer service. During my visit, I specifically ordered a French chicken sandwich and was instead given a regular chicken sandwich. I also asked for no tomato, yet my sandwich came with tomato. These are simple, straightforward requests, and it’s frustrating that such basic instructions were not followed. Attention to detail and respectful service should be a minimum standard—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Asked for no salt fries. Manager looked at ticket, scooped fries out of common salted batch. Handed to me and said 3 whopper jrs. Med fry with no salt. Pathetic. Especially with person with me has high blood pressure issues

Usually when I order onion rings I either just get the onion rings with no zesty sauce or I just get the zesty sauce, this time I ordered a large onion ring but the only thing large about it is the container they came in. I live to far away to go back and get it fixed.

Confused, dirty and lacks quality. I made sure to repeat my order because the order taker got the 3 ahead of me wrong, yes mine was wrong as well. I typically enjoy this chain, not here. Much improvement is needed before I’ll come back.

Very slow service. The employees are not friendly and never smile. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never been greeted by any one upon entering the restaurant. Food seems to be consistently sloppy in my opinion. I hope that this will help motivate the management team and ensure a brighter future for this establishment.
