Usually I’ve never minded this location, but I order tonight and got probably the worst food I’ve ever gotten from anywhere before. The chicken is really wet, mushy and the bones are literally disintegrating. I get being busy but nobody sees, and touches, this chicken and think it’s fine to send out.

I’d give a review about the food but i actually never received it! All I wanted was Mac and cheese I placed an order online at 9pm (closing time 10), had some trouble finding a delivery driver so I changed to pickup at 9:22pm. I pull up to the speaker tell them my name and they have me pull around, after sitting for 5 minutes I’m then told by an employee that they actually tried to “cancel my order but couldn’t and that I needed to cancel it on my end”. Why would they try to cancel my order? It was mac and cheese dog. I pull up so I’m not in the window area anymore, and I see a car behind me in the drive thru line PAYING FOR THEIR FOOD ORDER BEHIND ME. Why were they allowed to get their order, and not me? God forbid a woman just wants a mac and cheese. I had worked in the food industry for 5 years and we served customers till the last minute of closing time.

They asked if I’d wait five minutes for my food when I ordered. Sure no problem. Waited and got my food. Get home and this is what I get. A not even half full box of fries that were cold and hard at best. Literally couldn’t eat them. Gave them to my dog. And they gave me the wrong sauce. Only getting two stars because the chicken was ok and not cold. And I paid like $12 for this.

I ordered a pot pie from the koski like the sign said to do. I added a pop price was $7.99 after ordering I walked more into the store. There was a sign saying get a pot pie and two cherry pies for $6.99 this was not on the kiosk. I received my food and asked the lady working about what the koski said and the fact I paid twenty cents more and it wasn’t listed. She’s like tough I don’t know anything about that machine.

From the minute I walked in, the manager “Hal” was rude. I attempted to ask him a question regarding my order and he quickly assumed I was going to ask, if I could get it sooner, which was not the case. He cut me off after two words saying “We don’t have control over what time online orders say they’ll be ready” I could not get a word out which made me stumble on the next, until I told him to cancel my order. I was done at that point because he started saying he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. He then shows me an 800 number off a flyer to call if I wanted to cancel myorderitI did not have time so I asked him to be removed from my order or touching it with his negativity, and a nice lady helped me out!. I tipped her, took my food and left. Chicken was old sides were cold. This was a disaster.

staff up front was so friendly it was an older dark female working had an amazing personality and amazing with the customers i give her 5 stars all day… while main thing taking orders and holding conversations she was filling drinks and everyone was having a good laugh. i’m pretty disappointed in the food aspect though i used to work at kfc 4 years ago and the color of this chicken is disturbingly dark i know it’s from one of two things either they didn’t change the grease or it’s been held in the heater cores /windows for two long chicken had a rubbery taste

Went through the drive thru and got 2 meals, had to pull ahead for “fresh” fries. Waited over 15 minutes and husband eventually had to go in to get our food and still had to wait inside. Absolutely no one in the parking lot. Will definitely be coming back here.

My wife ordered a bucket of chicken and we added large gravy via drive thru. That was 11.14.22 around 5 pm. No receipt after paying. Thought they inserted it in the bag, that was not the case. Upon arrival at home, opened up the gravy container. No spills. We only got half of the container. Kids were hungry so we didn’t bother returning. Plus driving back and forth is probably more expensive than the gravy itself. So key points are: 1. Please ask for receipt; 2. check order before leaving.

Below is a photo, and please do not think we ate half of it. I wouldn’t waste my time posting just to lie about it. It is about the darn principle that we were served half of what we paid for.

This KFC used to be a great place to go. Staff is ruder than all can be. If you ask for your receipt they roll their eyes and make it seem like your asking way beyond their “job” description. On to the food. $33 for 3 tenders boxes. Biscuits taste like they were fished out of the trash. Tenders are definitely old and we ordered an extra side for each. Only one of boxes was right. Goodbye, KFC
