I went there at 930 at night for a quick chicken nugget meal for my baby. The fries for both my meal and my son’s were cold, brown, and disgusting. I also didn’t get a toy for my kids meal and my son was so sad.

Order my breakfast through the app and there was no problem when I got there because it was already made. Once I sat down, the first thing I noticed was that my breakfast burrito looked bald up and just thrown inside the bag then once I opened it, it was literally just that. They threw everything on it as if it was a burger and just balled up the tortilla and then balled up the wrapper around it and threw it in the back.

Wendy’s used to have the best ice tea of the fast food franchises. But the last 3 times I ordered it, it was so weak you may as well as get water because that’s what it tasted like. Complaining did no good-they just looked at me & said nothing. Won’t be going there anymore-this was at the south side

hii honest opinion on this store specifically dont come here its just as bad as the wendys downtown i witnessed the blonde lady the manager being unfair to one of her employees and when i got my food it was cold and hard i had to ask for fresh fries the customer service was just as bad no friendly hellos no goodbyes just heres your food there are also dirty trays not fully cleaned with residue the tables are not always clean and if you take a look in their work stations its not very clean DOESNT WEAR GLOVES WHEN WORKING WITH FRIES … i come here almost 3 times a week and its always the same bad customer service and food always cold its the closest wendys to my job so i come here on break and they disappoint everytime. WENDYS PLEASE DO BETTER OR GET A NEW GENERAL MANAGER WHO CAN DO HER JOB RIGHT AND HIRE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES !!

I don’t expect much from fast food, but this was exceptional. First, I had a mobile order. It was up very fast. So fast in fact, that I thought it was for the other customers standing at the counter. The cashier just stared at me until they walked away and I realized it was mine. Next there was no ice and no cashier. Five employees and I’m saying EXCUSE ME, polite but loud enough to be heard. I think I said it five times before one guy said “Just a minute” so quietly and indirectly that I almost didn’t realize it was to me. My no salt fries were very salty. My burger was like ice. The nuggets were hot. The best part was sitting in the far corner and listening to the employees gossip at the top of their lungs. I especially enjoyed the part where one started mocking peoples religions and spouting how he told them, “You are weird.” Here’s me, reading my Bible app in the dining room. Guess I’m weird too. Get a better quality employee, Wendy’s.

Southside location. Too often the food is overcooked or seems like it’s been sitting out my biscuits and McMuffins end up dry instead of fresh. The cashiers also come across unfriendly, which makes it feel like just a transaction instead of real service

I was dining in today and a lady overdosed in the bathroom the staff was so quick to call 911 and help. One worker had narcan in her car she ran so fast to grab it and administer this life saving medicine to the person. She is very much a hero. I’m very proud of how urgent and quickly she hopped into action to help. 10/10 that woman employee deserves a huge bonus! The woman’s life was saved thanks to that amazing employee!!!!

Worst fries ever! I just got saggy fries, they cooked with old oil and just served “large” size that was not full, you can see right away these are old fries. So disappointed

Three times in a row over the last month or so, I put a mobile order in, picked it up, checked the food and it was the food I ordered, but without any of the additional toppings I added and paid for.
When I took it back to the counter and explained the error, all three times, I was told by an annoyed employee in an exasperated tone that they “just mixed up my order with someone else’s.” I find it hard to believe every single time I ordered, someone else would put in the exact same order I did, minus modifications. It was obviously a lie every time.
Don’t order your food here unless you’re ready to take it back and ask them to make it like you actually ordered.
