Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. I visited this location on 5/15 around 4pm. There were two employees. One young man with glasses and curly hair and a young woman with black hair and a nose piercing. I should have gotten their names but I wanted to share how amazing my experience was! They made me feel welcomed, were very personable and the food was exceptional. I see these two in here often and they deserve to be recognized for their hard work.

I walked in 5 minutes till 9pm.They had everything cleaned up and were ready to close. The young lady there, Kaylee, wasn’t very happy, which I totally understand. But she put the slicer back together and graciously made me an original Italian reg sub. I tipped her the max option on the screen, but still couldn’t get a smile from her. Again, I appreciate her doing all that for me. So shout out to Kaylee! She’s deserves a raise/bonus/promotion! My sandwich was awesome by the way! Thank you again Kaylee!

After watching enticing Jersey Mike’s commercials for months, we finally decided to give it a try! We went GIANT, so we could share the Original Italian Sub. Loved that the individual meats are carved fresh for each sandwich, roll was fresh (although I would prefer it was slightly toasted , which is an option for next time)!
It was so “giant” we had it cut in thirds.
One for my hubby, one for me and the third leftover was great next day. Meats for warm sandwiches are grilled fresh so that’s what we’ll try NEXT☺️

We ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips for delivery. The DoorDash person was great, but Jersey Mike’s forgot two of the four items. When I called they told me that we would see a refund in 3 to 5 business days. What about our dinner? They couldn’t have cared less. They should charge the credit card fast, but got me off the phone even faster when I called for the refund

7 out of 10 times they have to call me after I place an online order because they don’t have wheat bread. The last 3 times I’ve ordered they’ve had no bread at all. Make it unavailable or close ordering online. They are good when they do have bread though.

Aubrey, the sandwich artist, is the absolute best. She is attentive, kind and very good at her job. This girl is going places. Good hire, Jersey Mikes!
Enjoy her while you have her!

Ordered a bowl today because I did not want a sandwhich with bread. Order was hot, prepared in time and overall delicious. HOWEVER, why in the world was there lettuce in my bowl?! Absolutely NO mention of lettuce in the description or items included. If I wanted lettuce I would have requested it. I cannot stand warm lettuce. Not to mention I had to sit and pick out strands of slimy warm lettuce from my bowl before I could eat it. It should not be in there if not in the listed ingredients. Plus it sweats and makes the bowl soupy which is gross. I love Jersey Mikes but damn, this annoys me so much.

Good sandwiches made fresh with 3 different size choices. The staff are friendly and helpful in regards to what to add as toppings. So good

It’s got pretty good food for the most part. But the service sucks, and when I go there an hour before, they close and they tell me they’re out of bread. And this is like the fifth time that they’ve done that. It’s kind of old, it’s literally an hour hour and a half before they even close. They’re saying they’re out of bread, yeah, that’s weird. And there’s flies during the day in the actual store

Went in on Tuesday at 8PM, an hour before they close…this is the second Jersey Mike’s to inform me that “they were all out of bread” I know you don’t run a business and run out of the thing your business thrives on, bread. Bad business, not returning here ever again.
