After getting home, the box was smashed and taco/burrito were also. Not the correct sauce, I asked for mild and got ketchup/scorcho. Franchise owned not corporate, unfortunately their pricing style reflects this review. Staff even said it’s the owner was the highest priced. If it wasn’t for hungry kids I would have cancelled and left the drive thru. Highway robbery for the Thurs taco night. Should be $3 and change like others not $5. I’d rather get real tacos not Del Taco. Not coming back here again. Charge high prices atleast get the basics right.

This Del is located at the busiest intersection of the whole valley.. Washington and 111. So if you are stuck in traffic pull off the nightmare and grab a delicious Del Taco…haha

But the music is not on and Maria is here. I know she has an aversion to the music, but she is not the customer! I guess the question is Mr franchise owner, is it company policy to have the music on or not. I live at your locations and I’m your best fan, but Maria is my problem today. I do not appreciate hearing her Spanish loud and clear. I feel like she is mocking me.whats up with that sir? Isn’t the customer always right? Please explain?? TY

Honesty used to really like this place. It has gone down significantly. Wait times are really long (drive-thru), 60 % of the time my order would be incomplete or wrong . I’ve gone back even when they didn’t have salted beans (idk how but for a while their beans would just have no salt) and now tonight. We received a couple of burritos with mold on the tortilla! There’s no way they wouldn’t have noticed this. We will no longer be coming back to this location.

It’s 3:03AM and I drove up to the drive thru and there was a yellow sign blocking the drive thru so I made sure to take a picture for proof. Then the two workers came out one standing at the door and the other one walked up to my car and told me “I have to clean” I stated the drive thru says 24 hours and he was like I’m closed to clean and I said again it says 24 hours, he said did you take a picture of me I said the sign says 24 hours so your going to close to clean? I asked and he just looked at me and as I drove off the guy at the door was laughing and making gestures. Why advertise 24 hours if your going to close? It forced me to drive to a different del taco and take my business elsewhere

I had an appointment near by, so I decided to stop by after because I was feeling hungry. I used two coupons, (per customer). 1) coupon was $2 off of any combos #1-16. I ordered #9 Del burger) and cashier charged me for medium size, (which I didn’t order)!! 2) Dine in area – Was very dirty with trash on floor and dirty tables. When my order was ready, I asked for napkins because none were out in seating area. Drive-thru girl rolls her eyes and gives me a few. I asked for my table to be clean and she said yes, then she went to work drive-thru!! All workers were chatting loud and personal. I didn’t like my visit there at all.

I hate to say it, but this Del Taco is dirty. The floors in the kitchen need to be scrubbed thoroughly and steam cleaned. The only reason I’m giving it three stars (instead of one) is because the staff is extremely friendly. They are doing the jobs they have been instructed to do. I hope they are given the tools and directions to clean up the kitchen soon.

I had an amazing experience at the Del Taco in La Quinta! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything was prepared perfectly, and you could tell the team takes pride in what they serve. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Del Taco locations I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back for sure!
