DO NOT get anything to-go from here. We got a large seafood platter with two sides and hushpuppies and everything looked like it was fried at the same time and then piled on top of each other while it was extremely hot. The styrofoam container was melted through the bottom. All that hot fried food in one styrofoam container created so much condensation that all of our food was soaking wet. Who wants to eat soaking wet mushy fried shrimp? soggy fried oysters? Soggy scallops? The only thing edible was the deviled crab and the piece of flounder because they were on top of the pile. I was extremely disappointed because this was my birthday and I wanted to choose a local place to support. I ate the flounder and deviled crab and fed the rest of the soggy seafood to my dog. What a huge waste of money There has to be a better way to package hot food.

Did not disappoint.
Megan was our server, she was phenomenal and very friendly.
We were there for lunch around 1:30. Our only concern was that the food wasn’t hot, it was warm.
The fish and shrimp wasn’t crunchy as I expected it to be.
The fries lost their “snap” before they reached our table.
Soon as we sat we were served complimentary hush puppies with honey butter. Very tasty.
The salad bar had limited choices although fresh and satisfying.
Will go back again and try another dish.

Adams seafood has some of the best and most friendly staff that I have ever seen. And even comparing to some high end restaurants, Adams is the best. The steaks are always spot on. Even the grilled pork chops are so tender. And my wife loves the flounder. Thanks for the experience.

Came here with my large family. All of our food tasted great, pretty much tasted homemade. They brought the best hushpuppies in the world, they were fresh, sweet, and yummy! Definitely not your ordinary hush puppies!

I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. The food was absolutely horrible! The Philly cheese steak was… I dont even know. Maybe 1 steak-um on a big hot dog roll with lettuce and tomato. (Which is California style NOT Philly) The grilled chicken was disgusting. Couldn’t even cut it with a knife and it was all stringy. The French dries were practically raw. The cheese fries (still raw French fries) had a handful of stressed cheese and an entire piece of barely cooked bacon… not even chopped up but literally 1 whole pice of bacon. That is liststed as an appetizer… so I guess even one takes a bite of bacon and passes it around. The ONLY thing that was good were the oysters.

I don’t really do many reviews but, I thought the public might want to know and be warn. My husband and I eat here February 5th 2026 . The place really smells awful – like rotting fish or seafood. I order grilled shrimp and fried oysters. I ask for large butter- fly shrimp and the waitress brought the small shrimp. She said I didn’t order that but, I really did. I just accepted not to cause a fuss. First thing I noticed was the food smelled really fishy. The oysters had a strong taste with like rubbery texture and very greasy . Well, I didn’t eat very many of the oysters because they were very nasty. We spent $50 here and left. The worst part of this – we both got very ill within one hour of this place- food poisoning – and we are still sick.When you go out to eat you really don’t know what you are eating kinda scary. Please stay away from this nasty place. It is the worst restaurant I ever been to. I will report them to our health department.

I wanted the broiled seafood instead of fried, and they were able to accommodate me. I got the seafood deluxe. It was so much food.It will last me three days. The salad was a little skimpie, but I went for the seafood, and it was spot on. The scallops were cooked perfectly. Rosa, our waitress, did a wonderful job.

We stopped in, while needing a break from the heat, while on our saturday motorcycle ride.
It was perfect timing, because the lunch crowd was leaving the parking lot. We ordered seafood and it was as good as anywhere we had been in a long time.
Seafood was cooked perfectly and the small hushpuppies were great. Also had salad from the salad bar.

Had a great dinner tonight Tuesday is all you can eat shrimp came with your choice of two sides and I got a trip to the salad bar which was clean and well stocked definitely can’t beat it for the price. Shrimp came out quick and they were fresh and hot.

The service was slow. Pretty good food, lot’s of southern food choices, free hush puppies. I had hamburger steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. It was literally a hamburger with gravy. Spuds and gravy were yummy and it came with a Texas toast. They have hand dipped ice cream and a drive thru for pick up. A bit overpriced, homestyle meals
