Okay listen, I love this place and it’s always been very great but last night I just got the worst thing ever. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fiery and savory sauce, get home and the wrapper and sandwich are both literally soaked with sauce like it was fully submerged in it. Beyond disgusting and it ruined the rest of my food. Drive through guy had said someone JUST quit before I got there. Hoping that it’s a one time issue and it was at least the person who quit that did that.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place a chance. I’ve had several sub par experiences but tonight was the last straw and I’m writing a review. I waited in the drive thru for 19 minutes from the time I placed my order until I got my food. That is totally unacceptable. The girl that took my money spoke so fast I couldn’t understand anything she said, she was rude and practically ripped the money out of my hand. Once I finally got to the food window I sat there another almost 10 minutes and I had a very small order, a diet coke and cheesy tots. The food was nasty, I couldn’t even squeeze the tots with my fingers they were so hard! They were awful. If I didn’t have somewhere I had to be I would have turned around and went inside and asked for my money back. This isn’t my 1st, or my 2nd bad experience here. I won’t be going back.

Not very good. First of all the app is horrible it keeps crashing and BK needs to offer more options like ice amounts, and iced tea for your drink it’s the same price! Ok, now onto the restaurant review, first of all the floor was wet with no wet sign and I slipped, and the server was so rude the guy in this pic is who I’m speaking of. I didn’t catch his name. But besides that the food was not fresh my whopper had an old crusty bun, and I got a royal chicken sandwich with extra sauce if I new that ment oozing all over the place like when you pick it up it get all over your hands , I wouldn’t have ordered that, made the experience a horrible one since I received an email with a pic of this sandwich and made me wanna try it. Talk about being deceived. My fries were also dark brown in color. Also this is a recently remodeled BK. And the roof is leaking near the waiting area, my husband got leaked on. And can I suggest no music, the kind that was playing was dirty it was all about sexual activity that’s not a family restaurant if that’s playing loudly above. And since everyone can’t be pleased it’s better to be silent. When I’m sitting at my kitchen table we don’t have music playing we enjoy each other’s company.

The workers were great. I asked for fresh fries and the cook did get an attitude, I just hate warm fries because once it’s cold they taste nasty. However, the lady up front made it happen with no problem. I didn’t rush them at all and I was patient. Thank you for understanding me as a paying customer.

The hubs ordered a whopper meal and 8 piece chicken nugget meal in the drive thru. He was asked to pull forward while they prepared our meals. Lady brings out 2 small incorrect drinks. Hubs noticed and went inside to exchange them. The lady realizes she gave him the wrong drinks and apologized. Gave him the right drinks and says our order is almost up so he waits. There isn’t anyone else in line or in the drive thru.
He gets home and he got 2 old bags of nuggets, 2 cold fries and 2 cheeseburgers.
What took so long if we got hours old nuggets and cold fries?
Won’t go back.
District manager needs to do some work in this store.

I’ve been here a several times. I’ve complained once through the app after waiting almost an hour for food. Another time we waited a good bit for cold food. The mist recent time it was cold… my kids love burger King so unfortunately you continue to get us, but it’s never an enjoyable experience anymore.

Rarely ever does my food come out right. Its almost always never fresh, overcooked and/or soggy. Cheese rarely melted, even if you buy their specialty melt sandwiches. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a Coke and got a diet Coke. The boss lady Jacky is extremely rude to the employees and the customers. Also, did you know you have to ask for the food to be fresh? Neither did I but even when you ask for fresh it seldom arrives fresh or the burgers are fresh but the fries are old and cold. They literally shove food out the drive thru window then close the window and dont bother to check if the customer got everything, needs something else, etc. There’s so much to complain about this place and yet, it’s still better than most fast food chains these days.

Kylie was very approachable and made the drive through experience differently from those who struggle with people service. The fries were COLD and the chicken sandwich had spoiled taste (and I am not a picky eater). Drive through personal exceptional! The food was unfortunate and because I am home, taking it back is not an option. The food was the purpose and it was a fail.
