This was the first time that I have ever tried this place. The menu was hard to grasp initially as I looked at the food behind the display case. I couldn’t figure out how much it was going to cost and what were the sides that you could choose from. There were three large, mostly empty bowls that were supposed to be the choices for the sides. It was totally unappealing to me. I didn’t want the last scraping of remnants in the bowl. She assured me that they were cooking more and I could pay while I waited the four minutes for it to be ready.
So I ordered one meat and one side. I chose the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. My friend ordered the mushroom chicken with fried rice.
Our food was delivered in a bag. I told her we were eating there.
The food comes in a deep plastic bowl. The rice is at the bottom and the meat is on top. My friend kept complaining that she would rather eat it on a plate. I agreed with her. The food tasted good, however I noticed that it wasn’t white meat chicken that I was eating. The rice was okay, but stuck to my teeth and I couldn’t help but wish for some yum yum sauce. There was plenty food left to carry home. For the price and overall experience, it’s not a place we plan on returning to.

Yes, this is fast food, but it is a good quality that doesn’t break the bank.
Every. Single. Time I’ve gone here, the staff has been nothing less than stellar. They are friendly with smiles-a-plenty. I hope they enjoy working there because it seems like it to me. (A long time restaurant employee)
When I already know what I want, I use the drive-thru. It’s fast. Other times, I go in to contemplate variety. The worst thing I could say is maybe after a rush, the floor may not be 100% perfect. (But still close). Please allow me to point out that the food prep areas, and the register area were always immaculate. This is high praise from someone in the industry.

Why does my food appear to be cooked days ago? It’s literally burnt and dried to a crisp. This isn’t even edible… What I ordered vs what I got. Someone from management needs to email me asap.
*Update- redacted my email. I gave them two weeks to respond and nothing heard. They don’t give a crap about you or your service. This is rediculous… I will never return to another panda express as long as I am on this earth

Trashy. 2:30p.m. still 40 something trays left over from lunch sitting. Floors were dirty tables had trays and trash on almost all of them even though there was 6 employees in there. ♂️ New semester of kids who don’t think its their job I reckon.

Ordered a plate with steak and string bean chicken breast they’re constantly out of the string bean but on the app they said they had it but I guess they didn’t because rather than giving me double steak or anything else they decided to just give me the one entree even though I paid ahead for both so always double check if you make an online order otherwise you literally pay for nothing.

I use to enjoy going to this place for a quick lunch. Since moving I rarely go but was in town and took the opportunity. The interaction wasn’t bad but I don’t see how two printed tickets with my requests not get fulfilled. The food quality definitely could have been better it was not how I remembered.
