I ordered a BLT footlong and and it only had 3 slices of bacon, for a FOOTLONG!!! Was told the owner only allows them to make it like it is written on the substation, and they watch them to make sure they do it just so. For what I pay for the sub they are ripping us off! Any other subway I go to I actually get meat on it! The workers tho are super sweet and friendly, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Ordered online. Followed app for being prepared and finished. I arrived after the completed time, but the order was not even started. It was not busy at all. They just didn’t seem to care. There is more, but I have said enough.

The artist was great. However she was the only one until 4:30pm. I spent $50. This subway probably lost that much during my time there because folks didn’t want to wait. It’s located in a travel plaza – invest in additional staff or get out of the business. I have worked for this type of owner – frugal micromanagers. These types always failed. Selah.

The heavy handed sandwich artist smashed down my sandwich so, it was like a thin crust pizza. The veggies obviously looked old. So, much so I had to take the iceberg off. Both the coke and Dr Pepper fountain drinks needed their syrup bags changed. This is a newer store but, is not being kept clean.The bathroom sink was “out of order.” There is plenty of poetry of the men’s room walls. Even though we were the only customers at high noon, the service was well below average. When we were almost done eating a customer came in that spoke broken English. The hired help was so ugly to him, it made us feel uncomfortable. We will never return to this location.

I went in the other night and got 3 subways. One of the workers wouldn’t get up to help refused to speak. I know her after u left she sent me a very ugly text. The boss Jessie will not do anything about it. She also has STDs and she plays with herself in the bathroom we will be going else where from now on.

They didn’t put cheese on either sandwich, we asked for lettuce on tomato on half the sandwich. I guess they thought half was divided into one side of the bread when opened. About 4 inches of the sandwich had no meat on it. Will not go back.
