When I visited here Panda Express, I was lucky to get freshly made, hot food. The orange chicken was still delicious, and the chow mein was nice and warm. The only downside was that the chicken teriyaki portion was a bit small. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized.

One of my cream cheese rangoons had no filling. Guess it hemorrhaged into the deep fryer.
The Beijing beef was good, flavor-wise. Much like the orange chicken, about 75% breading. I’m guessing they use the same chicken for all and just toss them in sauce to order.
I used a gift card for the order. Probably wouldn’t return on my own dime.

Food was cold. We told the staff and they said they check the temperatures…..Maybe set the temperature a little higher? Paid $36 for a cold meal. If I had this at home I would have microwaved it. Very noisy place. Disappointing experience. First and last time eating here!!

We love coming to panda express when we get the chance, they have a new Spicy Orange Chicken which is delicious, definitely give it a go if youre a fan of the original orange chicken. The staff was quick to get our order out and made sure to include chopsticks. Can’t wait to come again.

My mom ordered online and did not get what she ordered. She called to get it fixed they said she had 30 days and assured her her name was in their book. When she went to get it replaced they did not have her name in the book and refused to make it right. Most of the employees making fun of the situation.

Absolutely disgusting. I grabbed food to go & when I was finally able to eat I bit in to several crunchy pieces of rice. The rice was pale white before I put soy sauce so I thought it was just fresh. Dang near uncooked! Rangoons were cold & stale, as if they sat since previous day. Honey walnut shrimp looked as if they were dropped on the floor, scooped with a dust pan & served. How do you have ASHY SHRIMP!! I’m beyond upset!

Drove an hour out of my way to eat food here last week. I was there an hour and a half before closing time, and they refused to remake anything at all even though they were out of literally everything. She said it was way too late. How is an hour and a half before close too late to make anything? The drive through line was wrapped away around the building, I’m sure not everyone in line wanted orange chicken only! I was livid. The only thing that looked fresh was the orange chicken, and I had to get whatever was left of the broccoli beef, which was mostly just broccoli pieces! I had to ask for a bit more orange chicken to compensate for all of the missing beef. She had a major attitude about it it like it was coming out of her own paycheck, lol. Laughable. Oh and the styrofoam to go boxes make your food taste like burnt plastic.

Terrible staff with the worst attitudes, I’ve been here a handful of times and always gotten bad customer service. When you go inside they treat you like trash and when you go through the drive through they talk down to you and make you repeat your order 2-3 times like they don’t care. Besides that the food is good and on point except this go around. The broccoli looks like it’s been sitting out all day
