I had a very disheartening experience the last time i visited. Our waitress was apparently kind of rude and rushing my Grandmother with her drink order. My sons fries were cold, my mac and cheese was sticky and seemed like it had sat there all day, and the steaks that we got were absolutely rancid. While the server was very polite to me and my son, we couldnt eat the leftovers when we got home because the meat just wasnt right. This is my most recent experience, which was in january.. the two other times i dined here was excellent.

Came in after I got off work around 5 or 6 and tried their new I thinks it’s a margarita? Anyways 10/10 RECOMMEND it was absolutely delicious! My server Nina was a 10/10, the sweetest girl ever! They accidentally overcooked my steak and brought me a new one and the manager offered me a free dessert as well! Absolutely sweet of her and a big shout out to her! Everything was amazing and I would def go back and have Nina again!!!

I haven’t eaten here personally but my boyfriend has almost every day while he is there for work and he has never had one complaint. The wait staff is exceptionally the best. They all take excellent care of him and Lauren when above and beyond and helped me with a birthday surprise for him.

Ada Chili’s is more than just the best Chili’s location! It’s the best place to get lunch, or dinner in Ada, Oklahoma! Has got the best workers involved with it throughout anything you show! If you were to not be pleased for a liable reason they’d definitely get you taken care of! They sure are about customers satisfaction! I don’t just recommend them, I’m there pretty dang regularly!! We had a pleasant experience with the service. The staff was friendly, we didn’t have to wait for a table even though it was a busy night. The food didn’t meet expectations. The ribs didn’t look right—the meat had an off color and seemed like poor quality. The brisket quesadillas were the same; the meat just didn’t look fresh. The fries were fine, but the rest of the food was lacking. I wouldn’t say I got food poisoning, but the meal didn’t sit well the next day. Overall, the service was great, so I’m giving 3 stars, but the food was really disappointing.

It’s been along time since we’ve eaten at a Chili’s so we decided to stop here for lunch. We’ve never eaten at the Chili’s in Ada. This was a first and I am so glad we did. Eric our server and he was absolutely awesome! We decided on the trio dip or the triple dip we got sliders, mozzarella sticks, and honey chipotle chicken tenders. I asked Eric if the chicken tenders were any good and believe it or not his eyes lit up and he said they are very good! He was not wrong. I have never raved about chicken tenders in any restaurant that I have ever been to. These were the best! They were tender juicy and oh my gosh that honey chipotle sauce on them was to die for in fact, I could’ve bathed in it lol! Darrell said the sliders were really good. A lot better than this high end restaurant that we had eaten in Fort Worth that had been on triple D diners, drive-ins, and dives with Guy Ferreri, he ate both of them! The mozzarella sticks were hot well cooked cheese with melted and stringy I don’t like a undercooked cheese stick These were not they were perfect! I can tell you this the last time I ate at a Chili’s was several years ago and I ate a chili queso burger, which was really good. of course we’d love the molten lava cake but we were just too full to order one. If you go please ask for Eric he’s really the best he’s very attentive. He’s very kind. Don’t ask for something because you get it. Lol I asked for some sauce and boy did I get some sauce. Thank you Eric for your great service. And making us feel welcome.

I order chicken bites that are spicy for doordash to deliver to me. They have always been delicious and spicy. Last night I ordered him and they had so much seasoning on there. It was spicy, but gross.They added way too much. Whoever was was the cook on twelve thirty after seven p m should be fired. It was gross, I couldn’t eat howard.i paid for it.

Got there at around 1:40 p.m. and the place was practically empty. Had to wait to be seated though. The little kiosk thing on the table was filthy and disgusting two tables by us that hadn’t been cleared and cleaned not to mention food and a mess all over the floor. Don’t know how that could be considering there weren’t hardly any customers at all so there was plenty of opportunity to clean them up but they didn’t the whole time we were sitting there trying to eat. The bathroom the toilets don’t even flush all the way and the floors are all sticky. He had to take a picture of the QR code in order to get a menu unless you asked for a physical menu. The least they could do is have free Wi-Fi available if they’re going to make you go on the internet to get their menu. The food was good but under seasoned or should I say not seasoned at all. And for it being chillies you figured that it have some sort of spice in it a little bit at least. Took a long time for somebody to come over and serve us and it ended up being the manager I think until the waitress was available whom the manager said was busy at the moment. Busy with what? It’s not like anybody was cleaning up the restaurant or anything which I’m surprised the manager didn’t get right on that. Overall not impressed at all and will not be going back especially spending $90 for lunch. Not worth it to eat in filth and having to look at filth the whole time we were there.

My family has eaten at Chili’s restaurants for over 30 years. Most of the time the food is always delicious and reason priced.
since moving to Ada, OK, we have continued to patronize Chili’s. When we go inside to eat, most of the time the service is good and the food is good.
We have also gotten curbside. I order online and my husband will go pick it up. We do this at several restaurants in Ada. The past three times he has gone to pick up curbside, he has had to go into the restaurant to get his food. This wouldn’t be a problem if that was the service they offer; when you get here, come inside to pick up your order. But that is not what is advertised. Plus, they leave no number visible where you can call to let them know you are here. Have someone at least look out the door when an order for curbside comes up.
When he got home (30 min later; we live 10 min away) my fries were not good, overcooked.
We will never be ordering curbside pick up again.
