This Chipotle is like a well oiled machine. From water buckets being replaced, to meat being freshly grilled, and seeing the manager sanitizing tables as I write this review.
One thing that I observed was laughter amongst staff, cheerfulness, and a sense of work community. 5 stars on the food. There is exceptional quality control, 5 stars on service, and atmosphere is amazing. The manager is greeting everyone and staff do the same. Chipotle corporate, please highlight this review and location on a job well done.

I came in early yesterday and had my food made with kindness and attention. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff was warm, respectful, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction and take pride in what they do. It made the whole experience feel welcoming, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I used to order through the app then pick it up but now I go in and order in person because they LOADDDD my bowl up. I get a chicken bowl and it’s $10.10 for a giant bowl (I always get extra rice). Not only do they hook me up with the portions but everytime I’ve been in here, the customer service has been so nice. One gal offered to put the cheese on before the other toppings so it was more melty—which I thought was very thoughtful! Overall, just love this location.

Great staff and super efficient service. The online ordering system was down when I was trying to order pickup, but I went in and came out within 3 minutes with 3 items. The portions were generous, and I tried the new Chicken Al Pastor which was great! All the ingredients were fresh! The dining space is relatively small, but tidy. The location is pretty busy and the intersection closest to it is a little suspect, but overall a great food experience.

The food here has been a letdown on multiple visits. It arrives cold most of the time, which completely takes away from the flavor. The portions are also extremely small compared to the price, making it feel like poor value.
Online orders are even worse. Not only is the quantity less than what you’d expect, but they often forget or skip several toppings. It’s frustrating to pay full price and end up with a meal that feels incomplete.
Overall, between the consistently cold food, missing items, and the small portions, this location doesn’t feel worth the money.

I went there today to have lunch with my friend, the food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated that I asked for an extra cup for ice and the manager very kindly gave it to me.

Conveniently located on Broadway next to Dominos and Garlic Crush in CapHill. It is quite spacious with a lot of space for indoor dining. I usually get the chicken burrito, chips and salsa. The burritos are quite large. Just a heads up, they run out of a lot of stuff by 8 since it’s a super busy outlet.

So disrespectful place as possible . Ordered a bowl to go in 20 mins ahead. So when I came I waited 7 mins more so basically they did my bowl for 27 mins. It’s awfully cold! No sour cream and fajitas at all. Never ever gonna come back to this horrible place also at least because I said in the end thank you and was just looked at eyes and ignored even though I waited patiently if you want to make your day sad this place for you 🙂

Why or how is this place even still open. but it’s Chipotle though, right? Wrong. This location is dirty, the employees are rude, because they are (i’m assuming) fed up. If you dare risk food borne illnesses and eat here, they mess up your order. Was charged full price for a rice bowl that had the main protein left out and toppings incorrect. Expectations were low but man. Then I came in today and the system shut down leaving a bunch of delivery people and others in the lobby confused. They didn’t even handle that well either, just vaguely shouting over everyone that they didn’t know what was going on and basically telling everyone out of the store. Hope this location closes down so an actually good food joint can take the place of this joke establishment. LOL
