Ordered tacos in the drive thru. I was asked to drive around to the other side of the building, and my food would be brought out. It was raining that day, so maybe I’ll blame it on the weather, but my tacos were thrown inside the box! I should’ve ordered a taco salad because I had a box full of dis-shoveled mess! I was so disappointed! San Antonio Dairy Queens would never loosely box tacos like that! And there were so many tomatoes on them that the shells were soggy! Never going to order tacos from the Bellmead location!

We like to stop at this location for blizzard treats while traveling.
On Friday 11/28 we got 2 blizzard, Oreo on one and Heath pieces on the other. Got very sick 3-4 hours later lasting through to today after eating the Heath pieces.

The bigger white lady with the lip piercing was rude. Horrible customer service.. worst DQ experience. Would suggest more training because food prices is too high to deal with rude employees who are getting paid to do their job..

So this is crazy! I asked for no lettuce on the tacos and I literally have half of an inch at bottom of taco with meat and cheese and tomatoes. Half of an inch between those ingredients. I have called in before and complained about this. What’s the deal? Just a heads up for anyone else who likes the tacos at Dairy Queen! If they charged us a fraction of the cost, it would make sense.

Last night my family of eight and another family of seven took over this restaurant and stayed until ten o’clock, just hanging out eating ice cream and talking the workers here did not mind having eleven kids in their lobby who were talkative and goofing offT hey were very sweet to us. Not pleased with the product from this DQ and many others. I only ever get a peanut buster parfait and what I receive is not worth what I’m paying. Expect to pay $5.49 plus taxes in addition to the extra fees just to get this treat up to par. It had been years since I frequented DQ and my hope was that the caliber of the product hadn’t changed. It has. As can be seen in the pictures, all you mainly get is vanilla ice cream as opposed to it being layered with hot fudge and nuts. On three separate occasions I had to ask for the hot fudge and was subsequently charged anywhere from $.99 – $1.99. Crazy to have to pay extra for what used to be standard.

I bet this company would save a ton of money if they stopped giving customers things that were not requested. 8 packets of ketchup, 2 salt packets and 2 pepper packets straight to the landfill.
It’s way past time to normalize asking the customer if they need straws, napkins, utensils, or condiments.
