My $45 order was delivered without the 2‑liter soda that I paid for. I went to the store with my receipt to pick it up, and instead of being helped, I was accused by an employee of lying. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have no reason to lie about a missing soda. The interaction was rude and very unprofessional.
I have been a loyal customer and order from this location monthly, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see that loyal customers are not valued.

All places that mention a tip beforemy food has even started being prepared. Is a ZERO franchise, organization, business. It is not the customer responsibility to help pay businesses employees. Simple minded humans have fallen for this. Eventually even the most simple minded catch on and catch up. I absolutely received less than my money worth when I picked my food up. Using my own vehicle and my own gas I paid for. To pay a business for their food. LMAO the tip had to already been added to my underwhelming pizza. If I had given a tip and posted a picture of my total with tip and what I received. It would go viral as a scam. And the actual pizza was mediocre at BEST

This place is awful! Last time ever coming here. Staff is rude, order is completely wrong. Don’t want to refund but want you to wait 20 minutes for the order to be made right. Please don’t waste your time. I waited six months, hoping this location improved and it had not. They can’t get an order right to save their life and Laura is rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The manager kept giving me ugly looks like I was trying to steal pizza when I was only placing a order I let that slide because the cashier was trying to be nice even thoughthe manager I didn’t get the name but a older woman with red hair and glasses was breathing down her neck. Then I came to get the pizza and that same old lady was rude when I asked about my order. It was good pizza but this lady deserves to get fired.

This is the worst place EVER! From the rude, lying staff, to the long deliveries, the cold soggy pizza, to the wrong orders. I can literally go on. What I will say, is this place needs to be shut down. This place gives Pizza Hut a BAD rep! I hope cooperate views this review and take action. I was told my food would be ready in about 3 minutes, but not even 5 seconds later another worker came out and told me to pull around. I did, and ended up waiting about 15 minutes total for my order.
When I finally went inside to check, the manager (I believe her name was Loren) was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or just handing me the food I’d already paid for, she told me I couldn’t park by the doors and needed to move before they’d give it to me.
I followed her instructions, but the whole situation was handled poorly. The communication was inconsistent, and the manager’s attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

I experienced a disturbing interaction with the store manager here. I made an order 09/01/2025 and it was one hour before they closed. I picked my food up, 1 personal pizza with fries and I had a free cinnamon sticks for birthday reward. Went to go pick it up and it was completely disgusting and tasted to be tampered with and I am sticking by that. I complained of course, and received a call from the general manager who tried to berate me for saying the food was tampered with. That food was absolutely awful and I have reached out to corporate on this general manager. I advised customers to stray away from this location or Pizza Hut in general. The manager has no skills to rectify situations and that needs to be looked into. I will be escalating this incident to her regional or district manager.
