We opened the doors at the Intervale Farm Pancake House more than 30 years ago in Henniker, New Hampshire. We have been serving pancakes, waffles, eggs, and coffee from the same place on Flanders Road since that first day. I didn’t know it closed at 12 and arrived a few minutes before closing. Despite that, the staff were incredibly kind and offered to let me stay. I ultimately got takeout, a singular pancake which came with a hefty side of fries. They both hit the spot. There was a nice shaded outdoor seating area that I ate at. I will recommend this stop to friends!

The only place I’ve ever seen that offers 4 eggs on the menu for breakfast. I eat 4 eggs at a time, daily… that’s my jam. So they definitely have my vote for the best place to eat around Henniker, NH now! It’s an hour ride from our house, but well worth it. Oh… and we were there on a Monday… when every other restaurant in a 100 mile radius is closed. Another gold star for this place!

Great Breakfast Place! we’ve tried plenty and this gem is best around. Staff is friendly and ownership is great ! My favorite is the waffle by far !!! I have never in my 40+ years had such an amazing waffle and the homemade maple syrup just a perfect accent . If you’re visiting Henniker you HAVE TO Get breakfast here at least once. It gets busy on the weekend so plan accordingly but worth the wait…

Cozy and delicious breakfast spot. We had a veggie omelette which was easily one of the best omelettes we’ve ever had. The steak and eggs were also good. And of course their pancakes did not disappoint, so fluffy and soft with their in-house made maple syrup! Even their coffee was remarkable. Staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend!

This was such a cool place to see. The food was delicious and came out timely. The parking was plentiful and convenient. The staff here were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the interior decor, it reminded me of a tree house with all the wood themed tables. I am looking forward to going back again soon.

The Intervale Farm Pancake House has been on our lists of places to try for some time now. Luckily, the wait is over and we were able to enjoy and incredible breakfast and experience here. We always see the parking lot is full, so we expected there would be a wait and it was fine. While we waited, we enjoyed the outdoor seating they have available. About 30 minutes later we were able to go inside and be seated. We were seated and served rather quickly despite it still being a full house. The food was incredible and fresh. I got a little bit of everything and I didn’t leave a crumb behind. Also, their in-house Intervale Farm maple syrup is amazing. They even sell it by the bottle! Check this place out the next time you are in the area for some seriously delicious food.
