As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Now……take this review seriously.
I have been to Rally’s Checkers all sorts of places, and I expected mediocrity and a bad after taste after eating the fries.
Let me tell you, this is the best, I mean, the best Checkers I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to a bunch of them, easily over at least 20 different Rally’s/Checkers.
The fries were great tasting.
The fish sandwhich best fish sandwich I’ve ever had from a fast food place ever, (I asked for no tartar sauce, add mayo and pickles, perfect sandwhich).
The wings I asked for extra extra crispy, and they were fried to perfection.
Every Rally’s/Checkers I have been to, has always (if my memory serves me correctly, once I started choosing to look at reviews) low rating, 2’s and 3’s.
This Checkers should set the standard for all Checkers and Rally’s world wide, and I am not making this up (I do not know anybody who works here).
The girl on the grill, once she gave me my order, I laughed at her and told her, “I seen you working that grill, you weren’t playing around”, she smiled.
I watched her make the sandwiches, and then she went to put more patties on the grill.
Before she went back to making sandwiches, she threw the burger gloves away, and got new ones.
Listen to me, again take me seriously, this location is the location that can change the direction of the entire Checkers Rally’s brand.

We were having a hectic day, thought part of our order was incorrect, which it wasn’t totally on us. But the staff were super friendly and helpful in getting us straightened out. All of our food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Thanks to the employees there today that helped us out

The recent visit was not made correct. My candor in the survey was more than professional and the simple coupon does not cover for the error you made with the order and quality of food. You basically stole money from our family and gave us smashed food. I will not return to this location. The female snatching receipts and slamming windows because she messed up a drink order was way out of bounds on top of not being able to read and fill an order which was taken correctly. Make this make sense. You wasted food and drinks just to not give us what we paid for and ordered. The one on Shugart has not had the same issues.

Food was so so tried the Brisket Bosswich.Was nothing like the menu picture.My sandwich literally had 4 chunks of brisket on it.If that’s the best they can do I suggest you don’t waste your money.They didn’t even give me a full order of large fries that I ordered.The hamburger patty was very thin also.Dang sure wasn’t worth what I paid for it.Compare my picture to their menu picture.What a shame.

Used to be one of my favorites. Don’t have one near me so pulled in. The prices…. It was 20 dollars for two small meals. I didn’t get the grand daddy number like I wanted. I got the checker burger it’s the “cheap one”. The inside of the burger was like I remembered, but the bread had hard spots in it like it was microwaved. There was nothing wrong with the money that I gave them. So I don’t know why they served me a dysfunctional hamburger.
Now the fries, they knocked it out of the park. Fries were always one of my favorite things at checkers. Crunchy goodness on the outside, hot and delicious on the inside. Very very good.
So next time it will be, skip the burger and two orders of fries please.

Had to repeat my order more than three times and couldnt understand the person taking my order. Chalk that up to a language barrier. Always the food is as expected. The fries are well seasoned amd the burgers cooked well.

I was so excited to eat checkers bc I have otherwise stopped eating fast food. Cheat time finally came! I get to the restaurant. They must need a new speaker system for drive-thru because the girl couldn’t hear me. I got up to the window… nothing bad but nothing good. Now here’s why I wrote the review: I bit into one of the chicken bites I ordered and it was some kind of combination of stale and being rock hard. The fries tasted like they had been left out all day and were now stale. I spent all the money I had getting the food so I can’t go order different food. The best part of my meal was my drink! Thanks for ruining my cheat day checkers…
