I hadn’t been to this place in about a year and a half because it wasn’t great before, but wow—what an upgrade! I was a little confused at first if Enzo’s on Colfax was the same as Enzo’s End, and turns out, it is the same building, but under new ownership and a new name: Enzo’s on Colfax! The new team has totally turned things around—new pizza recipe, accepts credit cards, and it’s clean and inviting inside.
The pizza itself was a standout. The pizza is Roman-style, and even as a die-hard New York thin crust fan, I loved it. We tried the Il Ortaggio with and without prosciutto (I don’t eat meat). The crust was airy, crunchy, and golden, and the toppings were incredibly fresh. The gooey cheese was light and cloudlike, perfectly complementing the crisp crust.
We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was great—fresh ingredients, crisp romaine, and the perfect balance of dressing.
Bob greeted us right away and his warmth made the experience even better. You can tell he’s really putting effort into rebuilding the reputation after the old Enzo’s End. Based on my experience, he’s doing a great job.
Overall, Enzo’s on Colfax is a fantastic new addition to the Colfax neighborhood! The pizza was excellent—fresh, hot, and flavorful—and I’ll definitely be coming back. A great turnaround and a welcome addition alongside other local favorites like Lula Rose Coffee.
Definitely recommend stopping in (or ordering delivery)!

Had a family birthday party here and we were able to sit immediately and got served some AMAZING pizza!! The kiddos didn’t give us a chance to take pics of two pizzas because they gobbled em up so fast. Great atmosphere, great service, great great pizza! Flavorful, hot, cheesy, fluffy and crunchy in all the right places. Well well done!
There’s a bar next door with a pool table and drinks – the spaces connect inside and you can amble back and forth. All around, fantastic!!! Highly recommend!

Awesome pizza spot right off Colfax! Super yummy, flavorful pizza with fresh toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. The salad was just as good—fresh, crisp, and well balanced. Everything tasted high quality and made with care. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving great pizza. Highly recommend!

Ordered app delivery and I hate to say it but it was probably least appetizing “pizza” I have had. I ordered The Cap which was supposed to include 3 eggs, green onions, olive oil, pecorino and seasoning. I got a piece of dough with a single egg on it, no onions, no noticeable olive oil and a bit of cheese that did not look like the pictured pecorino (couldn’t tell for sure if it was but seemed like Asiago or Parmesan to me). It didn’t help that everything was ice cold but I do not fault the restaurant as it may have been the 3rd party delivery service’s fault for being 40 minutes late.
It seems the restaurant is under new ownership and may either be confused on the menu or inconsistent as I see the item I ordered is differently described between the website menu, paper menu someone uploaded here and UberEats/DoorDash. Maybe trying budget cutting already? Not sure but what I received wasn’t even worth the half off happy hour deal I found – $13 delivered for 12” of dry dough with a little cheese and oregano sprinkled on top +1 egg is still not great – highway robbery at regular $19. Honestly, the only reason for 2 stars is I do appreciate offering such a deal and maybe I had a fluke. Really would like to give this place a second try and hopefully boost the rating as I know Colfax new businesses need all of the support they can get now. Unfortunately I could not recommend the experience I had and feel like calling this “pizza” might be a stretch as pizza has sauce.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The pizza is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve been to both New York and Italy! On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. We accidentally showed up with a group of just under 20 people right before closing, and he didn’t even mention that he was about to close. Instead, he treated us like family and made sure everyone was well fed. When we completely cleared him out of pizza dough, he went above and beyond and started bringing us focaccia with sauce and burrata. Truly exceptional food and hospitality.

Quality food cannot be disguised!! I was completely impressed by how delicious Enzo’s pizza is!! They use fresh plump mushrooms!! Crisp Vidalia onions! I’m not sure the last time I’ve even noticed how good cooked vegetables were on my pizza as it’s usually the meats I’m focused on. Lastly, such delicious quality crust!!! I can only imaging the love and care that is put into the freshly made dough. The attention of these details just smacks you in the face when eating it! One of the best pizzas I’ve had!!
