This Pizza Hut is my favorite all-time pizza location and restaurant. Everybody here is so extremely friendly whether I’m paying $5 or I’m paying $50. The manager is incredible she makes me almost want to work here even though I have a job that I love. Today I was helped by Amanda she’s new here and despite the fact that she still learning she still took the time to engage with me as a customer and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Very happy upbeat attitude… Thank you Pizza Hut for always making my visit a good one I always leave with a smile on my face.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. My order was never delivered, and when I called to report it, the male employee who answered was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager, he deliberately left me on hold for over 20 minutes and never once transferred the call. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund — it honestly feels like the employees are stealing customers’ food and keeping it for themselves. Absolutely disgraceful service.

After a long day that leaves you hungry … I always love the idea of going to Pizza Hut and getting my favorite pizza then going home and watching a movie. Tonight Daniel greeted me at the pink up window and made me feel like I was their Biggest and best customer ever! pizza I’ve left reviews before bht never more than one for a particular place. But this pizza Hut keeps giving me reasons to and tonight Daniel’s the one that gave me a reason to I’m so grateful for the great service I get here It’s fast quick my pizzas always awesome and perfectly made just the way I want it. I just want to give a shout out to Daniel for his exceptional customer service, greeting me with a smile making me feel like I was their biggest best client. And Even when I added more to my order, after I gave him my form of payment… He was happy to add The additional items . Tell me he was thankful for my business and look forward to seeing me again! This specific Pizza Hut definitely has employees working there that love their job!! Thanks again guys for another great pizza.

MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT! I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a long time as it was everybody’s favorite in my house and I was never a big fan. But wow! They improved the quality of their meat times three! I ordered a personal pizza (meat lover’s) and it was really tasty! It was twelve bucks for a personal pizza and drink, it’s a okay-ish price. Overall, I was impressed because this was the first time I could say I really enjoyed every bit of my food. I’m a little sad this location is so empty now though. It used to feel like a local bar/urban pizzeria and now it feels dull, generic and lonely. They took out a lot of booths and some tables. They still have a couple things for kids, by far not as much as they used to. I’ll be returning, but for carry-out!

I came to order food with my friends and kids. The cashier start taking my order and the lady name Taylor came with nasty attitude said you can’t give them this special. She was extremely rude and told me that I’m wasting her time. She said to go online and place an order. This attitude is not acceptable.
She ended charging my $30.94 for a cheese pizza.
That’s absolutely ripoff.

I placed an order for carry out!! Went to pick up and nothing came up in system after I stayed on phone 15mins and call being recorded to still have no order smh very bad customer service horrible experience!!!!

The place looks closed. Maybe it should be, looks run down inside and out. Floors were dirty and a few questionable customers hanging out. The entire place could do with a major clean up even the menus were greasy. Do your self a favor and go elaswhere.

Very disappointed in the pizza not much sauce not much cheese and I believe a 3 topping pizza should be covered in toppings ( not this one ) and it was firm like a cardboard box . Way too much hut favorite seasoning I’m not that big of a fan of papa Johns new epic stuffed crust pizza but it’s definitely better than this one. Only reason it got 3 ⭐️ is because the pizza was ready a few minutes early and the drive through is quick. Most likely won’t get a stuffed crust from here again

We had a fantastic visit to this restaurant on July 9th, all thanks to Augustine who helped us choose the tastiest meals, supported us with figuring out cost, and even gave us local tourism tips (a splashing creek and the road from The Fast & The Furious). Augustine was professional, charming, patient, and very inclusive. He even gave us help on reducing the cheese load in two different ways! The pizzas & pasta were delicious and we felt very welcome and at ease. What a lovely place to buy and eat fresh, delicious pizzas, and feel comfortable and chill doing so. Bravo, Pizza Hut.
