Amazing place to go for a drink. I went by myself and was immediately welcomed by everyone there. Bartender was great. Knowledge on drinks I can not speak for but he (steve) was friendly quick and helpful. A great place for regulars and new patrons alike. A place to take your drink and smoke if you are so inclined and the prices are fair for the economy we live in today. I not only recommend jb’s I plan to return there again. Small but big hearted.

Friendly bar, friendliest I’ve encountered. From 1st visit people greeted me as if regular &known everyone for years. My usual drink, Christian Bros Brandy costs $3.00 a single, $1.50 less than bars in my neighborhood.
If I am hungry &looking for a bite to go along w/my brew, I might do better elsewhere, MAYbe, because JB’s has a menu &runs specials that sometimes regulars encourage . I would have tried chicken &biscuit but for other Sunday plans.
I didn’t take star for lack of 1/2 way decent vegan salad because JB’s isn’t that kind of establishment. …&they have a patio.
I haven’t decided whether to deduct a star when regular women are all hooked up &/or all fed up.

Once known as “Daddy’os”, the change of ownership has improved both the bar atmosphere and clientele. I have not gone enough since the switch in ownership to give a definitive experience review, but my recent experiences have been promising.
