I ordered a bowl at this location and was really disappointed with the portion size. It looked more like a half portion than a full meal. I could clearly see the bottom of the bowl in several spots, and it felt like I got shorted on both rice and protein. For the price I paid, I expected a fair and satisfying serving—not something that looks like a kid’s meal.
The ingredients were fresh and tasted fine, but the value just wasn’t there. Please train your staff to be consistent with portion sizes. I’ve visited other locations where I got way more food for the same order. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location unless things improve.

I walked in and was immediately met with overly loud, inappropriate music. When I stepped up to the counter, no one was working the front. After waiting, someone eventually said hello, but the tone was dismissive and rude.
I asked for a bowl and politely asked the young lady how her day was going. She responded with a facial expression that made it clear she didn’t want to speak to me at all. Meanwhile, employees in the back were casually talking and using profanity.

Absolutely incompetent staff. This location consistently fails to pack orders correctly. I received my delivery today, and the bag was sealed, but half the items were missing! It’s clear they just throw whatever they want in the bag and seal it up so they don’t have to deal with the mistakes. It’s a scam—charging full price for half the food. If you want your order to be complete, DO NOT order from here. They are lazy, uncoordinated, and clearly don’t care about their customers.

Service was good. Food was hot, but guacamole was too salty. As you can see from the photo, dining area is empty and 4 employees just standing behind the counter. The dining area is filthy. The floors and tables are soiled, have crubs, straw wrappers, and used napkins. The drink station is also dirty and needs refilling.

I went to Panera a few doors down and the employees saw me but didn’t go to the register for 4 minutes so I left and walked over to Chipotle, a restaurant I have never been to before.
I was quickly greeted by 3 employees who were hard at work but took a moment to smile and say hello. I looked at the meat selections and they were all kinda dried out looking but the sides all looked pretty good. Then I noticed the beef and it had juices in it and looked really fresh so I chose that and the server helped me choose some popular toppings. It totalled $10.85 and was a HUGE PORTION! And it was really good! The manager was very calmly and politely dealing with a grumpy customer and the cashier thanked me for coming in, and for waiting a sec to pay (which was hardly any time at all). Very kind, polite, friendly staff!
5 stars for staff and 4 stars for the tables being dirty. I was one of 3 customers and the tables had not been cleaned but I managed to find one that looked okay. However, there was someone cleaning the soda machine and then swept the floor. Tables were left dirty my whole 30 minutes inside. 4 stars for the food because, although my beef was very good, the other meats did not look appetizing and I would have left if the beef also looked like the other choices.
I visited at 5pm on 9/18/24 and it says my host is William, although I was only helped by women.
Kudos for a busy fast food spot for making me feel welcome, and enjoying my meal.
Oh! I want to note that the music they were playing was very relaxing and enjoyable. Kinda jazzy/soul/upbeat/funk. I found it to be perfect!

It shouldn’t be a fight when ordering a veggie burrito: two measly tablespoons of rice and beans is unacceptable. That’s just a taco with an oversized tortilla. And stop asking me “Is that all?” when you haven’t even made it halfway down the line and added the fajita mix and the guacamole–Girl, that goes on the veggie burrito! Why would I order a veggie burrito and not get that?!?!

N4STY N4STY N4STY!!! Today was my last time buying from Chipotle. The aluminum lid of my bowl was SO FULL OF DUST. I almost cry . It was a pickup order and they even bagged it. nasty experience. I hate this company and I will use every opportunity to talk bad about them.

I have been to many chipotle locations in the US and in Canada, never have I ever had a complain but this time it was just disgusting. The beef in my bowl was mostly chunks of fat!! I was very désappointement with my experience at this location. Will definitely not order there again, especially because there are many other ones nearby. I do not recommend. Also my order was poorly packed it was full of oil at the bottom of the paper bag.

The only reason this place gets a three star is because they had absolutely no utensils, and do not tell you that until you have ordered your meal.
I went in and ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and when I asked for a fork, they said they were out of fork. When I then asked for a spoon, they said they were out of that too. They only had knives. I don’t know if any of you have tried eating a burrito bowl with just a knife, but it’s pretty much impossible.
As a last ditch effort, I asked if I could have a complimentary tortilla so that I can make my own burrito out of it as there was no other way to eat it. They told me no, they have to charge extra.
The quality of the food source is pretty good, but the overall atrocious experience can’t make this more than two stars.
By the way, I ended up going to another restaurant nearby to get a spoon.
