The service would have got all five stars except they forgot to put some stuff in my bag so when I got to my destination and saw I paid for extra biscuits and they didn’t put them in there. The food could have gotten five stars too if they had put my biscuits in there lol. There’s not much to the atmosphere it’s on the side of a gas station. I would definitely go there again and this time check my bag, so check your bags.

Store is very run down. Needs a remodel very bad. The service was great very friendly. Chicken was hot and fresh. I didnt really like the flavor if the chicken it was mostly breading and not seasoned.

Drive-thru order. Received my food. Apple pie that I ordered and the window attendant verbally confirmed my whole order was not in the bag. Nor was I charged Ford on my receipt so she missed that one. I also ordered a half and half tea half sweet half unsweet she verbally confirmed it with me at the window, however, I received an Arnold Palmer instead. Long/Short paid for my order and only received half of what I had asked for.

Guy at drive though was super friendly, he ask was I ok with waiting on some fresh chicken, the wait was about 5 minutes, different guy came to car he was super nice and friendly also, chicken was so good I missed my exit back to Birmingham. Thank you guy at the window..

We’ve gone here a handful of times in these last couple weeks, each time they don’t have at least one part of our order ready and make us wait. In addition to that, there’re times where they completely forget to start making those items after having us pull around and waiting for upwards of ten minutes causing even more wait. The staff is always polite and professional which is (I’d say) the only positive to this place. The food is absolutely mediocre and completely on par with the theme park down the street.

When is it going to stop? Im driving by see the church’s sign, pull up, says open at 10 AM. It’s 9:46 so I wait in my car. Go inside at 10 AM, proceed to the counter to be told we’re not open yet. I’m extra dramatic so I turn around look at the sign on the door that says 10 AM. Look back at them and ask when do yall open? With hesitation the girl said PROBABLY around 10:30, which I could tell probably won’t happen.

You have a young 20 year old man at the drive-through with no integrity that are re-dipping chicken that is causing a more And burnt taste.I am done fully with this location and every other churches chicken on the face of the planet for that matter. Shame on these young no integrity no customer service oriented young workers that are making us pay over $25 for boxes of chicken and they are re-dipping it for a burnt taste.

The young man that waited on me was the bomb. First, he greeted me with a beautiful smile and the personality to go with it. He’s a keeper. The chicken wings have gotten small. It was the service that will make me return. After I placed the order, he said my pleasure with a smile.
