The food definitely expanded my taste palette! The flavors of my dish was magnificent and very filling, I had the Chang mai signature chicken kastu with noodles, these knocked me off my feet! The servers were very pleasant and attentive great first impression would return. (also their tea is amazing)

We had a party of 12 at Absolute Thai and it was an excellent experience. Everything we ordered was delicious — honestly some of the best Thai food we’ve had in Houston.
The interior is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for group dining. Service was smooth even with a large party. Overall a wonderful and memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have brought our newborn here since it’s close to the house, but the food and atmosphere is so pleasant, it feels like we’re out on a date night in town. They’re very accommodating to families and the service has always been on above any of my expectations. The jazz music is very relaxing it may also be the reason my newborn hasn’t lost his cool here! my wife are considering making this place our local spot since we’re now 3 for 3! But enough about the atmosphere. The food is what keeps us coming back! What’s hot always comes out hot and what’s cold always comes out cold and the food has always been consistent and very cleanly prepared. They have a menu to cater to those who may not be as adventurous and some that may take a second or third tasting if you’re trying to expand your palette. Example is the Laos style papaya salad that comes with fermented crab. But don’t take my word for it! Come give your neighborhood authentic thai restaurant a try! Oh did I mention the prices are also very reasonable?!

Customer service is superb! Place is super quaint! They even have outlets next to where you sit – genius!
Food is good, but not as good as the Thai restaurants in Dallas (I’m from Houston). However, very impressed already for Fulshear, Texas. Everything was fresh! The chili basil with shrimp was great. I personally wish the drunken noodles had more basil leaves and veggies… Papaya salad was a bit more tart than savory, but I still enjoyed it.
I do appreciate the fact that here they allow you to go down to zero spicy level. I have gone to a Thai/Lao restaurant on Bellaire where they simply would not take out the chili, and the papaya salad remained pretty spicy no matter what.
I think I will go back to try other items on the menu!

This is hands down the best Thai spot in the Katy/Fulshear area. The menu has tons of options with different proteins and spice levels. Service was awesome—our waiter checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. We got the Pad Thai, Larb Salad, Papaya Salad, and Thai Fried Chicken. The food came out fast and tasted super authentic. Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving real Thai food!

Tasty, tasty, tasty!
Service was friendly and very attentive — everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. The clean, well-decorated interior made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
There’s a great selection of traditional dishes, and both the appetizers and mains were beautifully plated. Every dish was fragrant, well-balanced, and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the Thai pork jerky, Tom Kha coconut soup, papaya salad, shrimp fried rice, green curry, and eggplant with beef. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The food is delicious, we tried red and yellow curry, udon noodles and stir fry vegetables. Everything was amazing and tasty. Would surely recommend this place if you are looking for a good Thai restaurant. They have a huge vegetarian option and are very accommodating when we told them no eggs, no mushroom and no peanuts.

Great environment and excellent service. The noodles were a little sweeter than what I’m used to (where I’m from salty > sweet), but without hesitation they fixed the problem. The good was tasty and we can’t wait to visit again

Our first time eating at Absolute Thai. We wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and the server was very welcoming and prompt. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, peanut curry, Green Curry, Roti dip and mango sticky rice. All at medium spice level. Love the fact you can choose from the different levels. All dishes had so much flavor and just enough spice to make sure the water kept coming. Prices were great and so were the portions. Make sure to leave room for dessert, their mango sticky rice is so good! We look forward to coming back sometime soon.

We’re a vegetarian couple, and we recently visited Absolute Thai Cuisine in Fulshear. We ordered the drunken noodles with tofu and a mixed vegetable dish, both medium spicy, and everything was absolutely delicious—definitely on a different level of flavor! The ambiance was wonderful and the service was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, since it’s the holiday season, the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a lovely Christmas tree and a festive vibe all around. It just made the whole experience even cozier. We’ll definitely be back for more!
