I personally believe this is the best Starbucks on the Island ! I live out east but will travel to this Starbucks because the drinks are ALWAYS perfect ! Baristas at this location are TOP TIER ! EVERY barista here is always pleasant – that’s hard at 515am for anyone ! I annoy them super early with my order but I’m always greeted with a smile ! Love this location and the staff ! Kudos to Chloe for always perfecting my latte ! Don’t know what I would do without the staff helping with my early morning pick me up fuel !

Absolutely horrible service.. It takes forever for anyone to recognize your there and don’t be a delivery driver cause they really ignore you. Unprofessional.. When you sit there all that time waiting you get to see how they clean the blenders quickly leave all residue from the previous order and start making a new one.. What if someone has a severe allergy

The barista on the Drive-Thru headset had an attitude saying I placed my order 1 minute before I pulled to the speaker, Even though I made sure to place it way before I even got into the line, and I was waiting in the line longer than 1 minute (about 6 minutes) before I even pulled up to the speaker so that doesn’t make sense. I even looked down at my phone right after she said that and the website literally said it was set to be ready 10 minutes before the current time, and that it will be ready in 6-9 minutes from when I placed it. I understand that it messes up the system when mobile orders pull up right after they are placed, but it’s upsetting to receive an attitude when that wasn’t the case for me.

There’s no consistency. I order the same coffee every day and it’s completely different every time. Today I got a black coffee that tastes burnt and flavorless. Just a cup of ice with disgusting coffee.
They do this all the time. Half the baristas don’t know how to make coffee, just sewer water in a cup. For $8 I wish it tased and looked how it’s supposed too

pulled into the starbucks drive thru at 953 as i saw they closed at 10, i know it was cutting it a bit close to the hour but i was spoken to very rudely by someone who has “been working here for long enough to know the hours “ and i was told it closed at 930. this bad review is solely for false hours online/ very poor customer service .

They do a great job there, always make my drink right, and serve me with a smile. I think what i like the most about this location is how spacious and open it is. Plenty of room to hang or get some work done. Not to mention, its pretty close to my house.

Mobile ordering is always “not available” and even when it is my order isn’t ready by the time I get there. This place needs better/efficient staff or additional staff I’m sure Starbucks can afford it.

they’re consistent with the food and the quality 99.9% of the time my coffee is made correctly. It’s upsetting when they close early or aren’t there, but I understand about needing a union.

This is the best Hampton Inn my family and I ever stayed in. It has been fully renovated and it feels good to enter to a nice big clean room!
Employees are great!! Front desk people very kind!!
Quality, price is perfect. The breakfast has variety.
