Had an amazing experience here for our wedding anniversary dinner! We ordered the cut for two and a side of Mac & Cheese. It was mouth watering . The service was great as well. They made sure we were taken care of and did extra little sweet things for our anniversary

We went here for my birthday and the printed out a special menu for me that said happy birthday. They put rose petals on the table, and even tho we were stuffed from the delicious diner, they still brought a little plate with a brownie and candle on it that said happy birthday. It was really nice of them, we will definitely be going back.

This was my first time here to enjoy a solo date! The food was excellent and the service was wonderful! My server offered excellent choices from their menu and all was impeccable! The drinks and the scallops were particularly delicious!

Wow, just wow. Made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary and this was quite the experience. The staff was exceptional. Polite, but casual, very friendly. Not a single recommendation was wrong, everything was amazing. The duck was absolutely out of this world. I was told the scallops were as well, but my wife was greedy and didn’t share. I suppose I didn’t share either, but it’s not about me right now, it’s about Brick and Brine! They went all out, including taking a Polaroid of the occasion and giving it to us, and some personalized menus that said Happy Anniversary.
My only regret is I didn’t have room for desert, but after the charcuterie, and the amazing bread and butter, I just wasn’t able to. They did bring out, to help us celebrate, the chocolate dipped strawberries, and they were equally amazing. I felt that the food, while pricey, was well worth the money, and you should come and experience the majestic Brick and Brine!

Service was fantastic. Favorite was the peach buratta and prosciutto appetizer. Even the pasta is house made. On the expensive side but worth it.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a nice date night with Erika as our server. She was very attentive and helped recommend drinks that fit both of our liking! We had the tomahawk for two, Mac and cheese, Brussels, scallops appetizer, meat balls, and oysters. Everything was phenomenal and arrived in great timing for us to make it to our after dinner movie. Erika was also a State fan so that was a plus Go Green! Overall a great dinner, atmosphere, and service! I also really enjoyed the sage advice cocktail as a mezcal lover!

In many categories, I would rate this the best restaurant in Kalamazoo. Not quite Michelin star level, but worth mentioning. Also the atmosphere is really cool. You can get some classic dishes like Salmon and some really innovative dishes like Hazelnut, Crab Capeletti. There is live music. The bar scene is lively. You can dress elegant or go hipster with a hat.

We got engaged here on Wednesday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service made the night truly unforgettable.

Our waitress Christina was incredible! she helped with the proposal and was so kind and accommodating. Anna, the host, was welcoming and wonderful, and a huge thank you to Craig,
for surprising us with champagne and dessert to celebrate.

We’ll forever cherish this place and can’t wait to come back!
