Self ordering was long and tedious. Never got a receipt. I paid for a bowl of soup, which was more like a cup of soup. What I paid for soup, fountain drink and a cookie I could have gone to a diner and gotten two full meals worth of food, and better tasting. At the garbage and dish return, there were so many dishes, people couldn’t even add their dishes or throw out their garbage. And it was like that for a couple hrs. My friend and I will be going to a mom and pop diner from now on.

I love Panera Bread, but this place makes me sad.
The food doesn’t taste like ANY of Panera Breads I’ve been to. I don’t know what recipe they’re using, but it’s not the standard. It really let me down.
My chicken bacon ranch sandwich had a lot of fat and my favorite broccoli cheddar soup was served barely lukewarm and it tasted so bad compared to the broccoli cheddar soups I’ve had at many other Panera Breads.
The only nice thing about this experience was the server.

They was not doing the same thing like what I’m eating before and im order chicken soup they make broccoli soup and salad it not have enough thing in their it bad. We was clean up the place and they said mad and they talk behind customer. terrible service

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a smoothie back in July and i waited over 25 minutes for my order…only to find out my bagel (which i paid $6 for) was burned and the smoothie (which i paid $8.00 for) was warm and the size of my hand. For what I paid, the food was absolutely awful!

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Rancher. It looked nothing like it was advertised. What I got was two pieces of bread with some chicken and barely any bacon in between. Complete and total scam. I don’t know how this is legal.

Never had a bad experience until today. Was my first time at this Panera. Asked for no tomatoes, my sandwich was covered in tomatoes and tomato juice. There was barely any meat on my sandwich, no pickle and the bread had absolutely no taste. I live an hour away so I didn’t get to open it until I had gotten home. It was very disappointing. At least my dog enjoyed it. I will not be going back.
