First time coming to this jack in the box, never again asked for two orders of fries and they are all stale and hard like a rock, to bad it won’t let me post the video of how it sounds!!! The chicken sandwich had a nasty taste to it, my husband couldn’t even finish it! The only good thing out of the order were the tacos!

We just had the worst experience at this location, the lady Brittney at the window is super rude. They need to put someone who actually takes care of customers with there’s a problem. Not someone who tells them to “move,” because they have other people in line. Thankfully David understood the situation and took care of us in under 5 minutes.

i went through the drive through around 11:20 and was greeted by the person through the speakers at first she was polite but when i corrected her what my order was she became so rude when i went to the window i had asked for ranch , tell me why i got home and there was only a single condiment in my bag , no ketchup or nothing now i know she’s not a mind reader but one single ranch ? the burger itself was a little crisp and i did not enjoy the experience whatsoever
