The store is weirdly setup. Seating is at the south end of the store but the coffee pickup counter is at the opposite end of the store, where there is no seating. After I made my order, I waited in a chair that was closest to the pick up counter. After 5 minutes, I got up from my chair and walked to the far end of the store to inquire about it. Sure enough, my drink was sitting at the counter, along with 5 other drinks, so either no customers heard their names being called or no staff member is calling their names.

This is one of my favorite go to Starbucks since it’s on my way to work. The staff is friendly and nice, I love getting my matcha drink from here, and their pastries are good. The inside atmosphere is nice too, they always change up the style of music which I think it’s great. The only thing I dislike about this Starbucks is that there’s always older men smoking around even with a clear sign that says no smoking and I feel it ruins it for people that might want to sit outside.

I just have to say again how much love comes out of this group !!! This team and the team on 3rd and Vermont at the Ralphs are so freaking sweet and amazing, I’m in no way related to them or anything, just being in retail for over 14 years I know how hard it is working with so many different personalities and energy’s. I hope corporate big wigs can take time away from their yachts and wives to come and see what quality really looks like

This coffee is a great failure. I don’t know if it’s a new employee. One of the cups is clearly marked with sea salt. Where is my sea salt? There is another cup made entirely of water. Can you help the guests after studying? Please don’t waste each guest’s money. Thank you. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t ask you to debate this matter at that time. It’s too bad.

Starbucks is a place I go to to unwind. I order through the app and swing by and pick up. I do wish they had more food options. The funny thing is that I don’t drink coffee. I usually get a water or a Macha Frap with almond milk. So, I am limited in what I could get but still have to give it 5 stars. There are different starbucks I go to and a few are more friendlier than others. But overall, I have not been treated bad or felt unwelcome.

Today, I re-visited this local Starbucks in Rosemead. I am so glad that I did. Today, I met Andrea she is the manager.
She made me feel like my life mattered.
This is how. So, they are practicing physical distancing and requiring face coverings. I did not realize I had entered without a face covering. But, Andrea noticed. She asked me if I could use a face covering. I did not have one. I said YES! I. Whew! Then, she helped me with my order be sure I got it right. When she realized that I ordered a drink smaller than I wanted. She had my drink upgraded to the size I wanted. The Customer service was so excellent in this Starbucks that I had to tell Andrea if I were grading customer service today I would’ve given you an A+. She just smiled.
