We were on the way back from our trip to Whitewood and my family wanted to eat somewhere. We chose Urbane Cafe and it was the best choice. You can easily self-order using a giant touch-screen menu and add any sauces. Once you order, the food is on our table in 2 minutes—fresh and delicious. My family loved the place and we definitely will come back. Highly recommend.

Had a lunch meeting at Urbane Cafe in West Covina and wow their sandwiches and salads are delicious! I had their Cranberry Brie sandwich and it was phenomenal! Service was super nice. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Will be visiting different locations closer to home 🙂

Urbane Cafe in West Covina is an oasis among fast food restaurants mear the West Covina Mall. Great service, really nice people working here. I had Salmon Bowl with perfectly cooked salmon, yams, snd more. Outside seating, lots of parking, and restrooms inside. I highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting Urbane Cafe, and I was warmly greeted by Alvin with a big smile as soon as I walked in. He guided me through the ordering process, and I decided on the Salmon Bowl with focaccia, an Old Fashioned Lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie.
Wow! You can truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. As their motto says, “Delicious is in the details,” and I could definitely feel the care and attention they put into preparing each dish. On top of that, they offer a great variety of drinks, and the warm cookies were the perfect touch—especially on a chilly day, making the experience even more comforting!
The restaurant’s ambiance is relaxing, the space is well-maintained and spotless, and I was particularly impressed with how clean and pleasantly scented the restrooms were.
It was a fantastic dining experience—if you love fresh, delicious, and healthy food, Urbane Cafe is a must-visit!

This felt like a zero-effort meal. The chicken and focaccia were ice cold, and the bowl tasted like it was assembled straight from the fridge. Warming up the protein or bread is literally the bare minimum. Very disappointing for the price.

So-Cal Chicken Sandwich with Sea Salt Chips; Pastrami Tri Tip Sandwich (side Mustard) and Salad (side Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing);
Kids Pizza with Sea Salt Chips. Portions were large enough and so filling we each had leftovers.
Everything was fabulous. The tastes and textures of the sandwiches and the pizza were exceptional. The salad was fresh, crispy and the dressing was perfect.
Above all, the Pastrami Tri Tip Sandwich remains the best Pastrami sandwich I’ve ever eaten (2nd time).
Thank you Urbane Cafe for another great meal!

I usually order the cilantro torta, but I asked Alberto which one was his favorite (I always like to ask, it helps me try something new). He suggested the Southwest, so I went with that, and let me tell you, it was really good! Thank you for the great recommendation (though I still love my cilantro torta).
I also ordered food for my kids for the first time, and they absolutely loved the pizza and the turkey sandwich. Overall, my experience here was GREAT! Big shout-out to Alberto for his excellent customer service and helpful suggestion, also he reminded me of the cookies which they are a must everytime I visit.

We ordered through Uber Eats. My sandwich was really good, but my husband’s salmon salad had something weird in it….he was already almost done by the time he saw it in there. It’s hard. We’re not sure what it is….disappointed bc we were really excited but unfortunately won’t be trying again.
