They forgot 2/3 (3 toppings: pepperoni, sausage, ham) of my toppings and the pizza was lukewarm. I would understand if it took me a while to pick up, but there was only a 2 minute difference between the notifications saying my order was ready and me carrying out. The reason for even 2 stars instead of 1 is because the pepperoni pizza still tasted great.

The melt tastes like Pizza Hut did a collaboration with Saltine Crackers, but they used stale crackers. The medium buffalo wings were pretty good, but I had to pay extra for ranch dip.

Think again before ordering from here. It had been a few years since we had Pizza Hut, as they were the worst of the chain IMO. We decided to get them this week (we get pizza at least once a week). Big mistake! Not only was it one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, it was over cooked, and cold. We also waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered, and it was delivered via door dash, without my consent. No one would answer my calls to figure out where my pizza was at. The pizza appeared to have been cooked when I placed the order and then just sat on the counter until someone could deliver. At least wait to cook the pizza until you have a driver lined up. This thing went straight in the trash after 1 bite. I ordered Papa Johns and it was to my house within 15 minutes and it was delicious.

The food was absolutely terrible. They have gone down in quality a lot. My advice is find a local pizza place in your area and stay away from Pizza Hut

India bought Pizza Hut! now when you call they answer in the Indian accent. The workers are nice though at this location much appreciated it.

I have been eating Pizza Hut for 50 years. I haven’t eaten pizza lately due to digestion issues, but I got a craving that wouldn’t go away, so I went online to order. I ordered a three topping pizza for $11.99.
Since it was my first time using the app and ordering online, it took me a while to order a pizza, and I didn’t get the toppings selected. That’s on me. It would have been nice if there had been some kind of pop up that asked “Hey, did you forget the toppings” but like I said that was on me.
My first surprise was the total after the delivery fee and tip. I always want the driver to have something. But then there is also the delivery fee. My $12 pizza ended up coming to $21 and change.
I could have lived with the fact that I ended up with a cheese pizza, and maybe even the total it came to, if it had been a good pizza. It was awful!
There was about two inches all around the edge with nothing but a few burnt crumbles of cheese that strayed from the meager amount of cheese scattered in the center, which was also burnt. There was a little sauce that tasted more like tomato sauce than pizza sauce. Since I was hungry, I ate the center, with a healthy sprinkling of salt, and tossed the rest in the garbage.
It was so bad, that it has cured me from ever craving a Pizza Hut pizza again.
Anyone who sends something like that out, even at $5, should hang their head in shame. I’ve had grocery store pizzas that were culinary masterpieces compared to that sorry thing I paid $21 for!
