Family owned resturant Homemade recipes The Dancing Noodle doesn’t just use homemade recipes, they cook the food the same way they would for their families. This means very little pre-packaged ingredients, no jars of off the shelf sauces or premade appetizers thrown in the microwave. This is the real secret on why the food is so amazing here, we don’t cut corners, every meal takes hours of preparation with the same love a care of a family. We have a small intimate dining area. Although it is very cozy, you may want place a to go order to avoid waiting for a table. We look forward to sharing our food with you.
Homestyle Thai meals like curries & housemade rice noodles dished up in an unassuming space.

We’ve been coming here since 2017ish? Their food is such a warm staple for us and we make the drive from Castle Rock for it. Green Curry (2 spice level), Tofu Spring Rolls and the Pad Thai are always our go to.
For a long time this was rated nearly 5 stars and has dropped. We’ve just eaten there today (Feb 2026) and I guarantee the food is as good as it always has been. They did have to reduce staff size for a period around COVID that took awhile to recover from. Today they seemed well staffed! Staff is always SO friendly and cheerful, food is hot and they never get our orders wrong.
Will continue going for as long as they’ll have us
Unfortunately, we just can’t support this place anymore. Ordering takeout has been a a horrendous experience the past several times. It started off with food not being ready until about 10/15 minutes after estimated pickup time. Understandable but worth the wait. However the last few times I’ve showed up on time and waited way too long. Most recently I ordered at 545, confirmation email said pick up at 645. I know how it’s been and it was a Friday night so I showed up at 6 (still 15 minutes late). I did not leave with my food until a few minutes before 8 o’clock! I sat and waited an additional hour after it said my food would be done. There were many people in the same situation as me and several trying to cancel orders after arriving to pick them up. This is not an uncommon experience. The icing on the cake was when a gentleman (who appeared to be a regular) was seated a half hour after I arrived and got his meal before me. So I ordered a full hour and a half before he did and he was served first and I waited another half hour.
The first few times were understandable and tolerable, but the last couple times have simply been inexcusable. They need to figure out how to stop taking orders, give better time estimates, or expand kitchen and staff to accommodate their demand. Unfortunately, until then I’d be cautious of ordering here outside of a weekday lunch hour.
Also, tell your kitchen staff that we can see them when they take food off the sides of to go containers and eat it.
We weren’t the only people waiting 30+ minutes for food either
We walked in to a smaller restaurant, smaller tables. A waitress told us to sit anywhere and brought over some menus.
The appetizers were spring rolls and hot and sour soup with shrimp. The waitress actually brought us two bowls to split the soup, which was nice.
Entrées included Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Thai Basil Chicken. You can custom order your heat – it was spot on. The meal and service was fantastic.
The walls had a couple of pictures so if you want decor, this might not be the place. But if you want good food, check it out.
