In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. This place was great for many years. Then it wasn’t. I took about six months off of coming here.
The last two weeks tried again, both orders were wrong.
I wanted a jet boat w romano but no mozz. For years this wasn’t an issue. Last two weeks not only was there no romano, also didn’t get garlic crust I requested.
I hope they can get their quality control under control one day, but I’ll have to switch locations.

Let me start by saying I stopped eating Jets for a while because the sauce was so bland at other locations. The Midtown Detroit location is the ONLY one who got it right! I only eat cheese pizza and there’s I’d the best. The sauce is flavorful, the crust is nice and crispy! Customer service is stellar In person and over the phone. Don’t sleep on Jets in Midtown they’re the best!!!

Ordered food via delivery. The driver called me 5mins prior to arrival saying he was close. I made my way to the door to wait on the food and now one ever showed up to my door. I stay in a high traffic area so there are always cars outside my residents. Apparently the driver pulled up in a vehicle with no logo. I waiting 10mins before calling and no answers. He finally calls back to say he waiting 10mins and pulled off. I’m like how and I never seen you. I then proceed to ask if he called to say he was outside or even attempt to ring my buzzer. He said no, its cold outside. That was his excuse. Long time customer but will not be returning

Consistently late. Consistently rude. Last night the order never showed up. We called, they confirmed they received the order. They just didn’t send it. Thats our last time ordering from them after years of mediocre pizza and worse customer service. Shame on us for going back this many times.

Jets pizza always hits. It’s a go-to in my apartment when I have people over or just want an easy dinner. I love their deep dish pizza with chicken or pepperoni. Obviously it’s a chain so there will be mixed opinions and experiences, but it’s never let me down in the last year.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This place is great. They sell by the slice ($2 for cheese and $2.50 for pepperoni). Today they also had BBQ chicken. So yummy. They have a few seats inside if you want to eat there.

I ordered a four corner pepperoni , Bacon, and banana peppers pizza from this place and you should’ve seen what they sent me. This is a disgrace you called us a pizza and I pay $20 for this pizza. I am very upset. I’ve contacted Instacart and Uber eats. They’re not gonna do anything this is ridiculous
