Jiang’s Mongolian Grill is usually a fantastic experience. The first time we went, we were blown away and have brought several friends and family back to enjoy it with us. The second time, they messed up our order, but the third time was decent. Our fourth visit was back to their usual amazing standards. The place is always clean, the service is prompt, and the staff are very attentive, nice, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Chefs and staff are nice. Food is made to order for whatever you want! As a vegan, I wish they would provide a larger bowl for if someone such as myself wants only vegetables and not meat! The salad bar is decent enough for basic choices while waiting for food prep. -1 star for atmosphere only because it can be excessively crowded sometimes. Sauces are marked vegetarian when they are vegan, except the honey sauces.

I cannot praise this place more, the food is incredible, the people and service is top notch, moderately priced but you get quite a bit of food for the $17 bowls. We used to live in Schaumburg and went to a place called Big Bowl, this is similar but better. Try it, you will not be disappointed, we will be back, many more times.

Went on a Sunday evening. Was kind of busy. Service was awesome, they explain the whole process and it was fun and easy. The food was great and the portions were huge and soup and salad come with it. We will be back and I would highly recommend this place!

I like this little restaurant you get to choose what vegetables and protein of your choice. The chefs cook it for you. The staff is friendly and is a nice place to go and is affordable. It’s a fun place to go.

Very nice place for stir fry. The restaurant was pretty clean and updated. I really liked the idea of creating your own meal, as then you know what you were getting. First, had some of the clam chowder, which was good and had a nice flavor to it. Next was choosing your ingredients. The protein looked fresh, the area was kept clean, and all the other ingredients were full and looked fresh. The only gripe was some of the vegetables were a bit too big for the bowl you got. The sauses all looked good, and the noodles looked fresh and tasted amazing when all was together. I didn’t go to the salad bar, but the area was clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall a great place.
